We ordered our desired toilet online straight to our home. We called Smart Choice and connected with Jerry. He was available the very next day to come to our home and install the toilet at a very reasonable price. He called ahead to let us know he was on his way prior to the scheduled time window. The job was neatly done within 30 minutes or less. They were courteous and very respectful of our home and family. I highly recommend them for others.

LEAK DETECTION IS A SCAM. I paid $239 for “leak research” because my water bill had gone up to $285/mo. They came out, told me “there’s no leak, call the city and have them recalibrate your meter”. I did this. Water bill continued to rise to $310/mo. I called another plumber who detected the leak in about 10 minutes. I told this to Smart Choice and requested at least a partial refund since they clearly didn’t do the job they were paid for, and (unsurprisingly) no one has gotten back to me. So save your money for someone competent if you think you have a leak.

Smart Choice did a great job on a particularly difficult drain clog. They came out immediately and were courteous and professional. I always seek out local businesses instead of national chains - and I would highly recommend Smart Choice if you are in their service area.

Jerry was very professional and knowledgeable. He identified the problem quickly and was able to resolve the issue in the agreed upon time frame. The agreed upon price was very fair and he left the workplace very clean. I will definitely contact Smart Choice first if i ever have another problem.
