BAM is a very reliable company. Happy to have found them. They have a great staff and always pleasant to work with.

My technician was Jonathan. He was early to the appointment, very knowledgeable about the A/C system I have and was easy to talk to. Jonathan knew the issue right away, was able to diagnose it quickly and get me the best quote out there for the addition. I will use BAM again and again!

Dont not use this contractor at all. He sent a low level technician. He could not figure out my problem. He had to call the main office all of the time . When he installed a part for my outside compressor he had to use a diagram from his cellphone because he did not know how to do it automatically. Since he did not tell the the charges upfront. They charged me 700.00 for three hours of wasted time. They ripped me off.

They did a great job diagnosing my unit and helping me get my home warranty company to cover a replacement unit. The installation was done on time and very quickly. Could not ask for more. Highly reccomend!

John Z was great! Our AC was not working and he quickly and efficiently determined that a lizard got into our system and damaged the wiring, along with frying himself inside our air conditioner. He extracted said lizard, fixed the wiring and sealed the outside so it wouldn't happen again. Thanks BAM!

The a/c broke at one of the properties I manage. The tenants called us right away as it was very warm out that day and the week ahead was the same. I called Mark, the owner of Adv. Residential Air, and he got right on it taking the worry off my shoulders. He was out at the property himself and I had a full detailed quote within an hour of calling him. The landlord of the property had a very tight budget and Mark worked vigorously to price us out on several budget units until we were able to find one that would work in the landlords budget. Mark had it installed the next morning with a crane on site and all. Great experience overall, staff was kind and job was done quickly and professionally! Would highly recommend for all HVAC services!!

JZ is very professional and honest. He is very knowledgeable about the services he provides. He’s very friendly with a big personality so he’s sure to make you laugh at least once during his visit. He’s a happy person! The kind of person you can trust working in your home.

I’ve used these folks multiple times, and not just because of the highly attractive, onomatopoeic name. Their responsiveness is equatable to a panicky pandemic person’s response to a fresh shipment of toilet paper at Costco.

In all seriousness though, there is an abundance of AC contractors to choose from. I come back the BAM because they make me feel I can trust their judgment without having anxiety about whether or not they are just trying to up-sell me on nonsense to make a buck. Honesty, responsiveness, competence, and fairness would be my summation. Thanks guys!

The folks at Big Air Mechanical do an excellent job! They're clean, kind, professional and everyone I've encountered from Big Air really knows their stuff. I would recommend these folks to anyone who needs HVAC work, in any capacity.
