My AC stop working after I changed my thermostat. I called Koolray and they came in same day and immediately addressed the issue and replaced my fuse. Raymond was extremely professional, and took the time to explain every detail of the work and how to prevent the same issues. Highly recommend Koolray!

Koolray and team did a phenomenal job when we had an emergency situation with our hot water heater breaking. They were quick to get a team out to assess the situation and install a brand new system. The team is professional, thorough and truely care about their customers. A++

We had our AC unit serviced 2 days prior by another company, who I won’t mention, and who we’ll never use again!! The other company never did the work, however charged us for the service. I say this because in this line of business honesty is everything! As someone who knows absolutely nothing about AC units I rely on the honesty and expertise of the technician.

Came over and diagnosed a broken tstat and capacitor caused by a thunder storm. Charged me for the capacitor very good pricing compared to my last company and was in and done within an hour. This will be my new ac tech for the foreseeable future.
