Tony was the technician that came to do the service on the ac because it was freezing up. He was professional and friendly, and for now the ac is working good. I recommend them their work.

Chase did an excellent job. I’ve been using CA for years for new systems and maintenance. Highly recommended. If ever you have an issue, they will do everything to correct it.

As always, Comfort Authority did an outstanding job. Our new AC installation went flawlessly, and the crew was professional and courageous. Highly recommend Comfort Authority for AC and heating repair and installation.

From the person who answered the phone, to Susie, our technician, everyone was kind, friendly, and professional. If I can help it I will never use another AC service provider other than the Comfort Authority.

ETA: Chase P came out for an annual maintenance and I truly feel like it was money well spent. He was on time, professional, and thorough with his work. He gave my outside unit a “bath” and shined it up. Inside he showed me the inner workings of our unit and explained options that could benefit our air quality.
I never feel pressure when I use this company! They make me feel informed and they don’t try to rush you into making a decision. They are not salespeople, just good people doing a great job!

UPDATE. Still a strong 5 Stars. The AC shutdown and I called them late. They said it would probably be in the morning but Chris arrived and rapidly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Great communication with the dispatcher and Chris was also competent, efficient, effective and great at explaining what was wrong and options.

Drew, Peter, and Seth are the epitome of a professional team. They had to disassemble the old air handler to get it out through a very narrow entry. They had to disassemble the new unit to get it into the ceiling and then reassemble it. Replaced the condenser too. Tough job done well. No mess left behind and no collateral damage of any kind. They are my top choice. Teamwork, technical expertise and huge work ethic.

Gerald Thompson was so efficient and timely when we called to get our air conditioner looked at. He fixed our air right away and was so polite and friendly.

On time, professional, thorough, and explained every bit of the service. They went the extra mile to contact the AC manufacturer so our repair was covered under the warranty! The annual service plan pays for itself each year with the inspection, cleaning and service by keeping the equipment running well. Top notch!

Update: 6/21/2023
We have CA out for our annual inspection and cleaning. Since we have been a subscriber of this service they come out every year, take everything apart, inspect it and clean it. Then they perform diagnostics and produce a huge, detailed report with photos and videos. We have not had one issue since having the annual service completed and allows us to catch anything before it’s an issue. The tech today, Romeo Reyes, was great as usual. Polite, efficient, cleans up the work area better than he found it, explained everything and promoted asking questions. The CA team is top notch! You find cheaper or more expensive but their service, their rates, and their quality output makes them 5 star and top notch in my book. They are very reasonably priced and respond asap! Great job again!

What a wonderful experience for something that I thought would be nightmarish. Not only did someone PERSONALLY answer the phone after hours, the dispatcher called me back within minutes and set an appointment for the same day. They kept communication open with me every step of the way...called and texted with updates on the appointment, the technician, the time frame, the expected service, cost, etc. There were no surprises and every expectation was met. I was even given options that actually saved ME money. The technician, Sean, was polite, professional, knowledgeable, respectful of my home, my dogs, and my time. I asked a million questions and he answered each one in a manner that helped me learn things about my ac unit and my home that I found very helpful. After the service, there was superior follow-up to make sure everything was perfect. Now I see why there are so many people with The Comfort Authority signs in their yards. They must be just as happy to have found a company with exceedingly high standards for professionalism, customer service, and overall community. I have recommended The Comfort Authority to others in the past, based solely on word of mouth of others....now I have first hand experience with them, and I can't wait to let others know. So nice to see this type of business model return. Fair, customer-centered, quality, professional. Kudos to you, Steve Cox and The Comfort Authority! Glad you're in my neighborhood!
