The Comfort Authority

We used The Comfort Authority for a second opinion. Chase came out and identified the issue as well as another issue regarding build up that was missed by the first company. They fixed the issue with no problems. Will use them again.

Lester went over everything that had to be done, he is very knowledgeable, and professional. Lester talked to me about the the club membership, which I signed up for, also all about a new a/ c unit, which I plan on doing this year

This company is top notch from start to finish. I live in Seminole Heights and needed whole new central ac unit. They came out the same day and we agreed on a fair price , the next day Frank and Justin were here installing a new system . These two guys were amazing they had it set up and ready to go in no time . I cannot thank Frank and Justin enough for their kind and professional demeanor. Had a tech named Gerald come to my home to diagnose hvac issues im having. He was very professional and timely. Diagnosed my issues quickly and efficiently and was very informative about everything going on.
