If I could give a -5 star review I would. This company was called out to do a inspection that was given for free because of a promo from a radio show.. they came put and diagnosed a $370 part replacement and a ENTIRELY NEW air handler $9,300.00. (Remember the air is working brilliantly!) The air handler coils were filthy, although none of the dirt was removed to see under it. So not sure how they came up with it needing a new unit. I called out another company who after 30 mins told me it needed 0 replacement parts and charged $69.95 total for cleaning. I believe they are using to endorsement from a radio celebrity to rip off customers. THIS IS THE DEFINITION OF BUYER BEWARE!!

Super heat and air came out and told me that my compressor had blown on my unit that was barely 2 years old and it had blown due to a leak in the coils. They told me I needed to replace the coils and the compressor but that they would handle the parts warranty for me. They quoted me $3700. After the sticker shock wore off I decided to get a second quote just to be sure. The second company came out and said that it was in fact my capacitor and not my compressor and had my unit up and running within an hour for under $200.

Charge too much money on parts. When asked about the price difference, just informed that it is their company price for parts and won't be adjusted. There charged double price for thermostat compared to online

My husband had already received 3 quotes to either service our existing unit or replace it. As a long time listener of the Mike Calta show, I remembered hearing the ads promoting Super Heat and Air. I'm so glad he called. They were by far the best quote and service we have received. Our installation day was great. Calvin and Tom did a fantastic job. They worked great as a team and completed the job quickly and very clean! I was impressed with how they left our home.

Justin was promt but when he got here my son wanted to check on the unit himself. Justin was understanding and said to call again anytime. Thanks for the professionalism.

Update: I called another air conditioning company, air Tech, for a second opinion and they found our ducts were date stamped and only 3 years old. Also they found our problem with the ducts was that a duct was unattached underneath our home! Only $229 to fix it and check our system which he said had all normal readings. He said IF we would have needed new ducts that the cost would have only been $1200. It is amazing how much less our system is running. Much better keeping our home cool/warm. So happy to find a good honest air company. I highly recommend them. I will never use Super Heat Tampa again!

I have never wrote a bad review before but hopefully I can save others from this happening to them. We had our air conditioning unit go out 2 years ago and needed a new AC unit asap. I found Super Heat and Air online and they came out and got us a new unit installed (at a very high price we were told afterwards by friends who had a similar unit installed and new ducting included). We still needed a floor grate to complete the installation that they had to order and twice they brought out the wrong one so since we were leaving for MI soon I ordered one from Amazon since they could not seem to get it right. Also, When they installed it they said our flexible ducting underneath our manufactured home was still fine even though 18 years old. Then we had them come do the maintenance annually and we kept mentioning that we noticed our filters get filthy fast. But was told everything fine until this year the service tech said it was because our ducting is in real bad shape where they were taped up and we are losing our cold air to underneath our home. . He said bad ducts can damage our new system. Sad thing they have been that way for 2 years! I asked about them fixing them and he said it would be an additional $2600! I explained to him others that have had new units installed had the ducts included for the high price we paid…he did come down to $2100, but that is still a ridiculous price to pay additional considering they should of done it right away to prevent damage to our new unit. Usually we are do-it-yourselfers and have done 7 homes but since my husband has had a triple heart bi-pass he can’t go underneath our home. I went online to look up the 12” ducting, fittings, adhesive and banding and it would cost only about $300 for the materials!! That is a crazy amount of mark up in my opinion as a business owner myself. Beware, I consider this a horrible new AC installation, service, and a rip off company to not have included new ducts originally! Now here we are with them wanting to charge crazy prices to do the job right now!

So great! Came almost immediately on a Friday afternoon, flushed out the system with water, and only charged us the initial visitation fee. Will definitely use again.

Anthony Alvino aka Tony was outstanding!!! I was impressed with his knowledge and his work ethic. He educated my husband and I on things we weren't aware of before. He cleaned the coils, drain line, and added a surge protect. You could tell how much he took pride in his job. I would definitely recommend this company as well as Anthony, you won't regret it.

The technician, Colin, who was dispatched to inspect my Rheems system, and repair as necessary (if I approved), was prompt, polite and professional. He did a thorough evaluation and cleaned things needing it as he went. Recommendations were discussed and clearly documented. He identified one necessary repair, and with my approval of the required payment, completed it during the visit. Through our conversation I learned of other services the company can provide, like duct cleaning and area insulation. Colin gave me price estimates on them along with the itemized record of what he'd checked and domne today. It was a pleasure being visited by a knowledgeable and professional technician.

On time, no bull, straightforward with pros and cons. Financing, next day install. There's a reason they are promoted so much. Nadir or tech was great.
