The good thing about this company is that they are very responsive, quick to get out to you and are always very professional. I used to this company because of mike Calta . But last time they came out . The quoted me $1200 to replace the compressor fan . I ended up just doing it myself for $150 .
Second they quoted me me for a new unit at $11,000 . I ended up getting quotes from 3 other companies all 3 were half the price between $5600 -$6000 . Not sure what causes the price difference other then greed .

Not saying don’t use this company, just make sure you do your due diligence and get make sure you’re not getting ripped off .

Called on Easter Sunday to get my AC system fixed and wow, was completely blown away, not only did they send a technician in less than an hour, there was no “holiday” or “weekend” surcharge. Awesome. Then, Stacey came to the house, like a total pro (I think he’s a machine) and bam, in all about 15 minutes the system was up and running, he gave me some good tips on how to avoid the problem again and just like that he was gone. I didn’t know there were still businesses that operated so well. They just got themselves another long term client, made sure to sign up for their annual maintenance package ASAP. I would say I am satisfied with their service but that honestly doesn’t even give them enough credit. 100 stars.

The 2 technicians that were here worked in unbelievably high heat conditions. They were professional and conscientious. It is so nice to see the house temperature going down instead of up. Thank you

Stacey and Julio came out to my place today to work on my AC and both of these guys were great. They made sure I understood everything that was going on and they were very fair and honest about what my options were. They could have easily charged me much more, but they were both incredibly professional. When I have to replace my ancient 1994 AC, they are the ones getting my business!!

When my AC went out I called another company first and was told it was a 2 day wait for service. Meanwhile it was 90 degrees out. Super heat and air came out an hour later and had me running cool in no time.

Pandi was so Profesional and he found a wire that was true problem.. he didn't charge extra cause he's honest and it means so much to find a honest ac tech didn't make a problem for get us freezing in 20 minutes flat. Thank you so much got us for customers ty Dani Carlo Caballero tampa

Eric and Tyler were the install team that came here. They were here earlier than expected, very professional and made sure everything was to my liking before departure. Our AC stopped working on a Saturday afternoon and Stacy from Super Heat and Air was out to fix it within a few hours. He was so friendly, worked quickly and communicated well throughout the service call. We have officially found our new HVAC company!

I had the pleasure of working with Dave on a new system. He was pleasant, courteous and responsive to our needs and I would do business with them again without hesitation. Both Dave and Dan went above and beyond in dealing with our rather unique situation and wouldn't hesitate to offer a referral or recommendation on the superb quality of their service!

We had Super Heat and Air at our home a couple of weeks ago for system maintenance and cleaning. We also had a repair needed for an electrical component. To say that these gentlemen (and they were gentlemen) were professional is the understatement of the year! From Mr Dan the owner to the technicians who were onsite were completely happy with their performance (I wish I could remember the techs names because they deserve our accolades). We had a couple of occasions to speak with the owner and he is not only a very fair minded, he is also very nice to speak with. I learned more from these folks than I have EVER known before, from the right filter to the leaf guard to place over my unit outside. Overall, 5-stars is not enough, they all deserve 10!
