I just want to say thank you, my a/c went out and the part was on back order and was taking a long time so the manager sent over a portable unit to keep my family comfortable until the part come in and i thought that was so nice even to the tech and Courtney in the office I say thank you.

Update 5/6/23: A few months back, we had some issues with our A/C fan and Jose came out to help us. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and before he left, he made sure we were all set after he took care of the job. Still loving our AC and recommend this company!

We've been using Super Heat and Air for the last 2 years and are always very pleased with their services! Today, Pandi came out for a routine check on our equipment and not only was he professional, friendly, and respectful of property, he went above and beyond to ensure that everything was working and answered all of our questions about preventive services. In the past we've also had the pleasure of working with Mark and Pedro with this company, in fact we purchased a brand new AC from them last year. The work was impecable, the staff friendly, and the maintenance membership that is offered is a very great value for what you get! We highly recommend this company and plan to be lifetime customers.

Julio did a wonderful job identifying the issue and explaining our options. Austin and Nolan were fantastic with the install. They went above and beyond to get our new ac unit installed and set up. All three deserve acknowledgement for a job well done!

AC was repaired quickly by David! Did a great professional job - saved our life on Saturday night at 9pm! Highly recommended!
