Our air conditioner went out on a weekend. This company was very responsive and sent someone the same day. Our Tech Austin was very professional and really knew what he was doing. He fixed our air conditioner, and it has never run better. Best A/C Service ever. I highly recommend them.

Was able to come earlier than expected. Did very well explaining everything and answered any question I had. They could schedule install next day and worked around my schedule.

After finding out that our old unit bit the dust, Stacey came out and presented some options to us for replacing the unit and gave us financing options as well. He was very courteous and professional. After we decided on the new unit the team came back the very next day to begin install. The 2 installers were very professional, meticulous and seemed to thoroughly enjoy the work they did. The only thing i would have asked is for them to lay down some kind of protective cloth or tarp next time they are in a home. The installation can be pretty messy and we had several amounts of dirt and debris ending up on our carpets.

I have used Super Heat and Air for multiple services and will continue to use them. Almost two years ago, I had them replace the entire air conditioning and heating system in my newly purchased home with a new Rheem high efficiency heat pump air conditioner and high efficiency heat pump water heater. I also had them replace all the duct work and move return air ducts from the floor to the ceiling. I was very pleased with all their work. Recently my air conditioner/heat pump stopped working because a lizard crawled up inside the power supply and shorted it out. Super Heat and Air sent Denis to repair it and he quickly identified the problem. A new power supply had to be ordered from the manufacturer which took about eight days to arrive. Super Heat and Air let me use one of their portable air conditioning units until the power supply could be installed. I additionally used Super Heat and Air to install a new mini-split air conditioner/heat pump in a room which had previously been a porch and converted to additional living space. Super Heat and Air gave me a very deal on the new system and the related electrical work. I had looked at and gotten quotes from other providers and Super Heat and Air definitely gave me the best quote and the best service. I especially want to call Henry for his great work. Henry was one of the installers on my original replacement whole-house air conditioner/heat pump system and later on the subsequent single room mini-split system. Henry is a very conscientious and detail oriented worker and I was very glad to see him when he showed up later for the mini-split. I am very pleased with Super Heat and Air and I do recommend them to my friends when asked.

Izzy did an excellent job explaining everything he did on the ac maintenance. He showed us how he cleaned the coils. He also explained all the components on the ac. He did explain to shut breaker off to make sure no electronics got wet. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Today we had an issue with duct work and Henry showed up to fix the problem.

This is the best company in the tampa area to have when it comes to AC. The prices are good and the service is great! Izzy came out for a routine maintenence appointment because I am a member of their plan. Ironically my outside unit wasn't working when I got home today. Izzy showed up right on time and I let him know what was up. He immediately went to work. He not only fixed the problem but told me what he was doing because I wanted to learn more about it. He had to troubleshoot it for a bit, but figured out the issue was a loose wire in the end. I also re-signed up for the membership which is 30 bucks a month. With that you get alot. Anyways I have been using this company for years and there is a reason why., They do great work at a great price. Again, I can't recommend this company or Izzy enough. Great work guys. Showed up 30 mins early (with warning) and identified my problem literally within 2 minutes, which multiple other companies couldn’t or wouldn’t (the fix to the problem is a massive pain for the techs) and also temporarily fixed the problem so my ac was working in this FL heat. Highly recommend. Austin was my tech!

Stacey was our service guy. He called on the to say he’s coming and get a head start info on what was wrong. Very professional in every way. We thank him for his help and just being a reliable man who was willing to work past 5:00. He’s a real ‘Super’ 😊

The gentleman was very professional I cannot wait to utilize the services it was an estimate that was done . I appreciate everything he took the time to see up there in my attic I cannot wait to feel the difference after the work is done thank you for coming ahead of the appointment that really made my day a little smoother so I appreciate the fact that you was early for your appointment people don't get that they normally get I'm running a little behind can we reset or can I come a little bit later he actually showed up a few hours early thank you so much for the professionalism I cannot wait to use your services

Last night my A/C shut off. My elderly parents live with me, my father has severe breathing issues. If the house gets too humid he cannot breath and he would need to leave home. I called Super Heat and Air. Technician, Frank F., called and said he would be here in an hour, and he was. He checked everything, put a new pipe on outside, cleaned everything out and had the A/C back up and running in minutes. Frank F. was fantastic, down to earth gentleman, understanding, and very professional. I wish he could come every time the A/C stops. Thank you Frank F.!!!!
