I had the pleasure of meeting Brandon and Zac, they were my techs for the day. They were on time, pleasant and professional. They checked my AC unit and located the issue within minutes. All of my questions were answered on the spot and they even made recommendations on maintaining my system. I highly recommend this company, give them a call!

He came to my house and assessed my unit that I currently have. The Unit was too old and did not work anymore. Cody who was the technician worked with me and tried to get me finance through their company so I could get a new unit through them. He was very professional and very polite I would recommend this company to anyone.

Brandon came out to diagnose and repair my AC, quickly found the issue (capacitor) and replaced the part with with inventory from his truck. Very helpful and didn’t mind me following him around asking a hundred questions about AC units. Thanks for the great service!

A miner adjustment to outside unit per my request. No ??’s asked just came as they said even early took care quickly and professionally. They originally replaced my whole unit on time very professionally done no wasted time very efficient cleaned up and very courteous to my needs. Will use again

I asked for an estimate to replace my ancient central air unit with a tri-zone mini-split and help with my crazy $350 electric bills. They scheduled me quickly and came out the next day, which was Tuesday. First of all, John was really nice, came early, and called when he arrived like I requested so I could put away the dog. He was respectful and polite. I was a little put off about him badmouthing my backup plan, and then later admitted he didn't know much about it. But I understand they want to sell their product. After he took a look around and took some measurements we discussed payment. He told me they could pre-approve me and it would not be a hard inquiry on my credit. After a few minutes he came back and said they couldn't offer me financing and I'd have to secure my own. That's fine, I have some dings on my credit due to life happening. I asked how much I needed to come up with and he told me he would talk to his boss and get back to me in an hour or so. He walks out the door and I start getting notifications on my phone that there has been a hard inquiry on my credit and my score immediately drops 6 points. Great, that will make finding a loan fun! And now it's late Thursday night and I still haven't gotten that estimate. I don't even have a ballpark so I can start looking for financing. I guess he decided that I wasn't going to buy.
