Today I had a HVAC installed. The two installers did a great job. They didn't leave until they were satisfied the system was running perfectly. The salesman made sure that we got the perfect system for our home.
If there were a rating system more than 5 stars I would give it to Joe Cool's products and employees.

Joe S. visited us today to complete routine AC review and maintenance. He walked through everything he was going to do with us ahead of time and even anticipated needs we may have for the future. He was easy to communicate with and made the interaction smooth. He worked very efficiently and kept us in the loop with everything that was going on. We will definitely be using Joe Cool services again in the future thanks to Joe!

Kyle was my Technician whom installed a new Water Heater and Expansion Tank. He did an exceptional job, took care to protect my home. Kyle has extreme knowledge which he shared when I asked questions. He is professional, excellent communication skills, proficient work habits, patient, kind, pleasant and cleaned up the work area before leaving. I am so confident in his skills that I am scheduling future work with him to install a new toilet, sink and fixture which I have put off for many years. If you have him do any work in your home, you will be extremely pleased with the results. It is reassuring to have quality work performed and a great personality which he process.

Garrett was great to work with. He took multiple pictures of the issues my AC was experiencing and explained the best options for me to pursue. I appreciate that the company was able to get someone to me the same day since it's never fun to be without AC in Florida!

We had a water softener system that was breaking down and clogging the faucets throughoo on it the house; we called Joe Cool Plumbing and they sent someone out that afternoon, assesses the problem, ordered parts and replaced the old system the next business day (it was Easter weekend). Serviceman Josh was on time, very professional, answered all our questions, expertly installed the new system and instructed us how to operate the new system before he left. He also removed the entire old system and cleaned up his work area. Great Job Josh! And Thank You Joe Cool!

Mike arrived on time and ready to start. He inspected the area around the toilet and found obvious signs of a leak. He gave us a written estimate which we thought was fair and once approved started the repair.
Mike was very thorough and continually cleaned the area where he was working. He was friendly and informative. The work was finished in a reasonable time. We were pleased with the entire process and would recommend Joe Cool and Mike.
