Benson's Heating and Air Conditioning

Great company. They are courteous over the phone...even told me about a $20 coupon through their app. I like the photo of the technician being sent ahead of time - we live in a dangerous world. Nick was my technician. He thoroughly explained the troubleshooting and options. He was thorough, meticulous, personable, and eager to please. It’s hard to find good workers these days - especially honest and reliable people like Nick. Hats off to Benson for hiring vets, as well. It should be noted that I (not knowing better) called another service company and promptly ran them off - they tried to rip me off. Benson’s is seen all over town, and for good reason as it turns out. I’m definitely a repeat customer and I’ll recommend to others in need.

Their service was fantastic. I had a strange issue where a light fixture in my hallway was tripping water. An electrician discovered that the drip pan for the AC unit was overflowing. So they recommended Benson heating and Air and they came out the next morning and even put me on an emergency list. Logan came out and assessed everything & emptied out the pans, vacuumed out the clogs (which was the issue) and did so professionally & efficiently. Highly recommend!!

Nick was tremendous. First he was friendly and explained what was wrong with my thermostat when he replaced it. Then much later in the day when we were still having trouble, he made a visit in the evening (7 pm) to help us out. He carefully explained everything and remained friendly and nice despite the late hour and that he had been working all day! He is great. Benson's has always given us excellent service and this tech person was GREAT!

Very pleased with service. Justin called ahead to let us know he was on his way. He was very polite and efficient. He talked with us before he began his examination of our unit, he went about his review and when he had completed his work, he reported what he had done. Very friendly and assuring. We are so happy with our service from Bensons.

I've had a service contract for several years and have only great experiences to tell. The last service visit was no different. Tech was very courteous and answered all my questions. Keep up the good work Benson.

Benson's is absolutely fantastic. Their customer service is second to none. We had an emergency repair needed and everyone was top notch. I called after regular hours and got an immediate call back..As part of there maintenance plan, we received Saturday service and had no charge for unclogging a drain pan.

Before they came, they texted and emailed a picture/name of the tech and outlined their Covid steps. I highly recommend Benson.
