Benson's Heating and Air Conditioning

We scheduled a maintenance for our home system and a ductless system. The technician, Josh, was very pleasant and professional. However, the primary reason for the visit was to get out ductless system cleaned and working. That was not accomplished. He stated someone would call to set that up, we were called about replacing our entire a/c system and when we asked about the system cleaning, the sales guy was abrupt and ended the call. A week later, still no call to set up the cleaning. Seems they are interested in selling new a/c systems.

The technicians were prompt and professional. They discussed what they had found and answered our questions knowledgeably. We are quite satisfied with this business.

In the office, heerful people were happy to help. Knowledgeable technicians take pride in the work they do and leave the job clean- like nobody was there at all.

20ft drain pipe cleaning will cost 300+. Cleared it with water. Please be aware. Tech didn't know if the floater would fix the problem and left without calling. Also, writes an estitment of parts I did not need. I should have called someone else but this was business referred to me from a great electrician in Tallahassee.
Sorry they did not provide good value and service as the electrician. Needless to say I will not use them again. I would also be aware of this business taking advantage of people with rental properties. This job with have taken me 5 mins if I was in Tallahassee. That means they charge me for about 3 hours of work that took the tech 10mins.

I have used Benson's for many years and I have never had a problem or unhappy experience. Excellent company, with polite and professional employees from the office to the technicians.

Benson showed up within 1 day of phone call for HVAC trouble. He was able to fix it right away. They notified me 30 minutes prior to arrival so I can be ready. Very professional and personable technician arrived and solved the problem.

With my silver level maintenance plan, they were able to send a technician within 48 hours of my call. He was polite, professional and seemed to do a good job. The only thing I am not happy about is that it turns out my system needs a new coil as it is rusty and leaking. But I just had it serviced in April, and no one mentioned that then.

came only to do heating - said to schedule AC maintenance later. I knew not to expect much when he couldn't replace the filter without me showing him how. made me not to feel confident wIth the time taken with what was done. need ac checked before june and experienced tech please.
