Our A/C was down, and they were quick to respond and get our system running.

Repair work was done in a timely manner. Technician was professional and courteous! Cost of capacitor/installation seemed high. Didn't mind paying for weekend service call.

The technicians arrived promptly and identified themselves prior to coming to my home. Once here they were very courteous and used all the proper equipment to avoid any contamination. They seemed to work very efficiently together and explained what they checked on and advised the unit was working properly.
The one thing I would like to mention in addition to the service is the kindness they showed in offering to sweep the leaves off my back deck.
This was above and beyond and appreciated so much. Benson's can be proud to have these two stellar employees on staff. Thank you

Mr. Curry was an OUTSTANDING service tech! Not only did he carefully check all the operating parameters of our unit, but he took extra care to clean it inside and out. It now looks like it was just installed! His positive, informative attitude was also greatly appreciated.

My heater went out one night. Benson's often sends out mailers for service, so I called them late morning. Impressed to get same day service. Garrett came within the hour and found out the problem. Repaired in the next few hours, after getting the part. Would highly recommend.
