Beware of Seacoast. Crazy high invoice for twenty minutes work. Zach the manager says that their family's policy is to charge the full technician labor rate to pick up parts, return old parts, and do paperwork. Even if it is a part that regularly fails and the technician should have on the vehicle in the first place? Seacoast has good technicians but poor management. How sad that they charge their customers for their own inefficiency.

Unclear why John L didn't just call me instead of posturing here by posting the office number. Nevertheless, I called back to find him on vacation 🙄
Fred took my call and explained that despite them installing the system in 2019 they had to make a good profit off this simple repair. He further advised that we should have paid them $800 for a service contract if we wanted to avoid paying excessive labor charges when their system failed prematurely.

It's simple Seacoast. We trusted you. The system was recommended, installed, and maintained by you. The part broke under warranty and your guys replaced it in less than one hour. Your labor policy is outrageous. Charges should have been one hour, Max.

I called because my unit was no longer cooling my home properly. Thermostat says 79 when the system was set at 74. They were at my home within a hour and my issue resolved! I always want service that costs less but I can't argue with the service I have recieved from Seacoast over the last 6 or so years. They have Lay's been professional, timely and efficient.

Visit due to being busy but other Company workers were rude, inconsiderate, and telling me to wait until morning. August Florida hot so I'd rather pay afterhours fees.
Issue solved in 30 min. Continued to service, inspect, and clean unit. Very informative narration. House was 85 degrees hot! Family comfortable again. Don't roast call Seacoast! Ty.

Called first thing this morning because my AC was not cooling. They were at my home in a little over 2 hours. Of course I had no advanced appointment! He immediately found the problem and fixed it. This company is rock solid and dependable!

Eric checked the unit and said it needed a new fan and motor and gave me an estimate of the cost to repair the unit.
