The technician was great! He knew exactly what was wrong & jumped right in, had it repaired in less than 10 minutes. he didn’t try to upsell or over complicate the problem. I’m sure this is a common repair, “Bad capacitor”. I was happy that he had the inventory on the truck. I give the technician 5 stars! Overall I was happy to get the A/C on because it was 85° & climbing in the house and I was starting to get worried for my boys! (pic attached)

My only challenge was paying over 500% markup on parts - its a bit excessive! Most ppl think the service fee is outrageous - I understand the $100 service fee especially since it was same day service because it covers the vehicle, fuel, tools, insurance, the tech & his experience. Unfortunately it’s the industry ~ being in Florida there’s no shortage of clients. They know somebody would gladly pay double to get their AC turned on and that’s what they charge( more than double) Normally a 2x markup would be more than sufficient to cover the item and cost of holding inventory. Just because you can, doesn’t mean you should!
