Was in a jam and had to call in a new vendor. Hiram was out within 1 1/2 hours. Diagnosed the problem and had a resolution within 30 minutes. Great job! I will be referring them to all of my contacts in their service area.

One of our Lennox A/C units kept shutting off with random fault codes (communications, blower motor start, etc). The first tech seemed to have nailed it but, the unit quit after we went to bed. They were back the next morning shortly after I called and Brian was able to diagnose and recommend a new thermostat. Apparently Lennox used SD Memory cards in our 9 year old smart thermostats. As an electronics engineer, I know that certain solid state memory chips like those used in SD Cards only last about 10 years. Smart thermostats are nice however, most consumers don't realize that electronic devices using these solid state devices won't as long as traditional thermostats. Since Lennox uses a proprietary technology that prevents other brands or old school thermostats from working, a $200 smart thermostat I could get at Lowes and put in myself will not work. So we get to spend $1,150 on a new Lennox smart thermostat. Not Seacoast's fault but rather my own for choosing Lennox.

I called because a room wasn't cooling and he came and checked everything out and not only did he let me know what the problem was but he explained why it was causing the problem. I like when I can get an education as well as a service call. It makes me feel valued as a consumer and turns me into a more knowledgeable consumer.
