I've used Seacoast for over 14 years and recommend that others get on board. The team members are very professional and do a quality job. The company provides all of their services at fair prices, imo.

Seacoast is great and Brian is the best! i was having a 50th birthday for my husband and having over 50 guests. Three hours before the party, the AC stopped working. i called Seacoast and Brian was there within the hour on a Friday evening and had it fixed in no time. he is a lifesaver!

Had an AC emergency late in the day and Seacoast came to the rescue! Jason had it up and running within a couple of hours. Great communication and friendly staff from the office to the field.

Zach did an excellent job installing our Sensi thermostat. He assisted me in installing the app and programming on my cell phone. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He also was very personable and professional.

Kyle had a bad attitude. He didn’t seem to know why he was called for service. I reiterated what I had told the receptionist. They charged my client double (almost $200) for the service call because their phone person forgot to ask if the home had 1 or 2 a/c units. I will never recommend that any of my future real estate clients use this company. They should have honored their phone quote since it was their error.

Hiram thoroughly inspected my A/C unit, diagnosed my problem, and gave me his professional recommendation for my next step which was to contact an electrician. He seemed to be experienced and very knowledgeable; he was well spoken and communicated clearly. Hiram was pleasant and courteous and was also kind enough to provide me with 2 videos complete with dialog for me to share with the electrician. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service I received from Hiram and Sea Coast A/C.

The Seacoast technician (Brian) showed up on time and asked me if I had any concerns. I told him that I had two (the drain and the uv light), and he said that he would check both. He checked the system, and everything tested perfectly.
I have been with Seacoast for five years and am very happy with the company and their technicians
