Excellent service!! We needed all our ductwork sealed as it was leaking badly and also needed a return installed in the master bedroom at the back of the house. Rick and Eric got it all done in a timely and professional manner. They were more than happy to answer any questions I had and even provided a quote for a complete system upgrade when the time comes for that. I highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs!

Rick came out on a Saturday, showed me everything other technicians had done previously. Rewired unit added a missing start up capacitor and charged me less than most companies would charge for service call alone. I called Rick on a Saturday afternoon and he showed up first thing Sunday morning to service my a/c unit. Walked me through every step he did and have had great results since. I also referred him to a friend of mine and heard great feedback. I have found my a/c guy, my family and I thank you!

Should be called Mr. No Call No Show. When I had issues with my unit, he tested the compressor in front of us, unlike other companies, and showed how it would stop intermittently. I had Rick replace my unit this past August. I was thrilled with his quick availability and communication. I had asked to have my drain line moved at that time as well. Upon asking 5 times without it being done, I stopped asking. He told me that because I had installed my system with him, I would receive my first two maintenance checks for free. After calling him for a month or so with no answer, I called him from my work phone. He answered. He said he just “got done with a family emergency.” We set up a time for him to come and do a maintenance check. No call. No show. He sent my call to voicemail the next day. Good luck with any follow up. Lacking communication and trust.

My A/C went out last Thursday and Rick was there within 2 hours. It was a godsend because my wife and I keep our room at 72° during the night and can't sleep when the house is hot. Because of his fast response time we were able to keep our house cool and get a good night's sleep. Thank you, Rick! I'll recommend you to anyone in need.

I am an electrical contractor and after being fed up with all the excuses and rescheduling I decided to shop around for a new HVAC sub contractor. After searching for months and receiving numerous outrageous bids for jobs, I decided to give Mr. No Sweat a call. Boy am I glad I stumbled upon them on google. Rick and his crew always show up early, which to me is on time. There always prepared for the job at hand. He hadn’t a clue what I was throwing at him when I called for an estimate, but when Rick and his boys came they were more than prepared to troubleshoot the issues the RTU system was having and have more than exceeded my expectations. Mr. No Sweat’s prices are right on point, after shopping around for months, I’ve found not a single other contractor can or will beat his prices. I am a very busy person dealing with my business and I’m never one to take the time to write a review, but Rick and the boys at Mr. No Sweat are that good.

Such a nice genuine person ! Super helpful! Called him last minute for an AC emergency before he was about to go home for the day and he got to my house in 20 minutes to help ! GREAT price and very helpful and honest. I will never use anyone again for air conditioning needs and will be recommending to everyone i know !

We were having issues with our HVAC unit freezing up on us. Curtis came out swiftly and set us on the right track. He was professional, informative, and trustworthy. He fixed an oil leak, insulated our air handler, installed a hurricane pad, and even put in a new duct in our bonus room. We are beyond happy and plan to use him again in the future. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.
