I bought a new 5 ton split system AC unit and was looking for a company to install it. The techs showed up on time and were exceedingly polite, professional and helpful throughout. They even checked out my upstairs unit at no charge. The price was substantially lower than I had been quoted elsewhere. They are also filing my warranty paperwork directly with the company on my behalf. Very pleased and would recommend them without hesitation.

We were very pleased with our maintenance service today. Saw their add/coupon in Americas Favorite coupon book for the St. Pete area. Rick was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Took their time with us explaining and answering our questions. Gave us some tips for the future. No pressure sales pitches.Highy recommend.

Rick is the most honest person you'll ever meet. He came out right after our call, and explained everything he was doing. He went above and beyond trying to fix the unit first before replacing it, giving me all possible repairing/replacing options and the pros/cons of each. He charged me less than half the price the other guys quoted me, literally saving me thousands of dollars. And, at no point did I ever feel hassled or sold to.

It is impossible to give this company a bad review, so please consider fallacy/sabotage with all the one star negative reviews. Especially when ALL other reviews are a solid 5.

I woke up to find my air completely out and frozen over, I called another company and was charged 270 for freon and was told I needed a 750 dollar coil clean and a new outside coil and was told it would be 2800 dollars. Out of desperation I looked up Mr no sweat and noticed he seemed to have much better rates. I called Wednesday evening and he showed up first thing Thursday morning. I was expecting to pay at least 500 0r 600 for a coil clean and at least another 1000 for a new coil. With in ten minutes from arriving he fixed my coil issue and did a complete leak check and my AC was back 100 percent. And the best part was I was only charged 100 dollars. I even tried to tip him another 50 and he said no !!!!!!!! Highest recommendation possible and I will never call anyone else again. Thank you again.

Had to change my rating of this service company because they failed to properly communicate and service my units. After 3 months of dealing with the manufacturer on the warranty and finally getting the part this company politely refused to install the new parts. It took me 3 more months to get another company to complete the job. By the way, it was middle of summer...
