Rick came out the same day (when I called him he was working on another customer’s install, but still made it out despite an impending thunderstorm) and fixed my AC within minutes. He also did some customary maintenance that wasn’t necessary to get it working again. Great guy and would 100% recommend. He explained everything as he went and gave me advice and a good price. Call this guy first!

The AC went out at our rental property on a Sunday and Rick was able to come out on short notice. Very professional and did the repair at a reasonable price. We would definitely use Rick again.

I was so surprised by their customer service as they came out to my place right away, and they not only diagnosed the problem quickly, but they had it repaired in no time at all! The tech that came out was Rick, who was not only knowledgeable, but also had a very good work ethic as well as a great personality....my son was so curious about what Rick was doing and Rick was very patient with him. All around great service, and I'm keeping their number handy for any future issues as my unit is pretty old. The price was much more affordable than other companies I called for a quote...I was very happy with the expense as it did not exceed my budget, but was actually A LOT less than I anticipated!! All around great service!

As an AC technician myself, I was highly satisfied with the service. I called Mr. No Sweat to help my aunt when I was out of town, otherwise I would have taken care of it myself. Not only was Rick extremely knowledgeable (I spoke to him over the phone), he also took care of her issue at an extremely reasonable price with efficiency and professionalism that is rare in this industry. We had our air ducts replaced by Mr No Sweat. Great pricing, and very honest. The technicians that were here were very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. My goodness!! I have NEVER had service done so fast! From the initial phone call to the completion of the job, it was literally a 1/2 hour and my AC was up and running, blowing cold and running better than EVER! The prices were incredibly affordable and the service was absolutely professional and friendly! Being a small business owner, I understand punctuality and consistency and these gentleman hit the nail on the head! Called Saturday morning and Rick was at my doorstep in 20 minutes. He diagnosed and fixed our issue in 30 minutes.
Rick was very knowledgeable and willing to share some very helpful advice. He was thorough and there was no upselling, a pet peeve of mine.
