Jason as the original inspector for the downed AC system, Bismar and his colleagues that installed the new system, and Mykel who did their final inspection a few days later. All quick, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. Was originally recommended to Integrity by a friend and it was a solid decision.

Mike was the technician who came out, he was on time, explained the issue with the a/c thoroughly and was professional as well as friendly. I was very satisfied with the quality of the service.

Excellent explanations about current system and cost of new system with 10 year warranty. Very professional. Unfortunatley no Kenetico seal washers without ordering them through Kenetico company. Richey was very courteous and very knowledgable.

After spending $14,000 on a new AC system which was recommended by this company we were without AC 6 months later for a total of 3 weeks. Their communication was terrible where they continued to push us off saying a part needed to be ordered. The entire compressor which was new and under warranty was defective and needed to be replaced but they would not replace it and made us suffer in the 90degree heat weeks upon weeks saying it would only be another day. Each time they said it was another day ordering a new part added up to 3 weeks. We are under warrant with this company or we would have gone elsewhere. Would not recommend.

They installed new ax unit and ac system vent. They were very efficient and professional, I was very impressed by their work ethics and a very friendly staff. Great company overall!
