First, we had Pasquel arrive to address a leak situation. Kind, courteous and professional. He made it look like he wasnt even there after changing components 3 times to fix the leak.
We had a follow up call to another plumbing issue, and Phernell arrived and got right to it. It was hot, muggy, and the end if the day and Mr. Marry addressed the situation in a timely manner. Positive attitude and professional throughout.
Then we had Ryan Carl arrive today. For some cosmetic/mod due other remodel. He addressed the requests, and during his checks of the systems noted a blockage concern. Addressed appropriately, even though required more tooling trips to the truck than first intended.
We chose Integrity to do our plumbing after being happy with two other electrical services we had with them. So far, they are batting 1000 and will be called again should the need arise.

Called because AC was acting up. IHS sent an electrician and an AC guy. Brian the electrician was knowledgeable and gave me more information than necessary which I appreciated. He as friendly, professional evaluated my panel and found it to be overloaded with circuits. Will use again for sure.Tony, the AC tech quickly realized there were multiple problems with my new AC installation. We scheduled another crew to come out tomorrow and I expect it will be fixed right. He explained everything to me and took the time to show me what Neto be done.

What a professional Company and Mr.Tilton was outstanding to deal with. This man showed me everything that was needed to fix the problem. Told me the price upfront.

Vince is the best ac tech of all time and genuinely a great person. He has had been helping my family for 20 years now and has always been honest and reliable. Always ask for Vince.

William Sunn was our Technician and was professional, neat, quiet and got the job done. We needed a Chandelier removed and replaced with another light fixture. Will use Integrity Home Solutions again

Luis, was courteous and professional. He did a thorough job inspecting and servicing our AC system. Was great to have him out early before the heat in FL starts to pick up!

Eddie & Jose were professional knowledgeable and had great customer service skills. I also would like to recognize Austin he was a great sales person/service provider.

David Tolano the tech who service my AC unit. He went over each procedure that was carried out. He also bought to my attention as to what was needed to be taken care of without pressure. I would recommend Integrity Home Solutions and definitely David Tolano as my service tech next time around.

Regular inspection performed. Ronald was practical, thorough, and a great communicator. When explaining his findings he did not push for a sake with force. He is a great front man!

Damian was on time very professional, courteous and knowledgeable! He explained everything he was going to up front and as he worked he’d stop explain why he was doing something.
