There had been a different tech at my house earlier that day. I was not happy. But when Mr. Jarrell showed up he assured me everything was going to be okay. And it was. He went out of his way to make sure I was satisfiied with the repair. With customer service like that, I will never use anyone except Integrity. Thank you guys!

Kery was efficient and very knowledgeable. He informed me that the reason for the kitchen sink clog was because my water filter was not recharging and not working properly. I’m very thankful he informed me of this so I can get that taken care of.

Tech, Jonathan Raney, did a great job with our system maintenance, diagnostics and recommendations. He was professional and very efficient. Great service, thank you!

He was very professional and quick. My AC was fixed in minutes. Also gave us a quote for another part going out so we have an idea for the future. Great company.

This is an update to my review. Awful experience since Bay Area Heating & Cooling sold company to Integrity Home Solutions. They need to provide training to personnel in charge of scheduling appointments. They confirmed appointment and no show no call. Second time with same situation. Time is valuable, means that the customer is doing special arrangements at work to be disrespected with no service already confirmed! Now I feel stuck with this company after I did so much research to get good service. My bad review is specifically for the first era on el in charge of scheduling appointments.

Bay Area Heating & Cooling, Inc. experience so far have been amazing! From the person assisting on phone scheduling appointment, to Shawn first team member for diagnostic, took the time to explain in details AC unit conditions, showed me from the unit what was not working, checked previous owners warranty to see chances of saving me money on costs. I truly appreciated that. Consultation on new unit and what was best for me, Jeff the advisor was great to working different options on carriers and pricing. Very competitive on prices! They accommodated installation of new unit for the following day. All the process very smooth. They also offered financing options. Max, Matt, Adam and Jason was the crew working on installation of new ac unit and cleaning of air ducts! Extremely organized logistics in work process. Company owners needs to feel very proud of the quality of employees they have very professional and respectful team. They left my home all set, new unit up and running, cool home and they took the time to leave everything clean and organized for me! Happy customer!

Tyler came out to clear a clog in our main line. He got it taken care of and made sure the clog was completely cleared. He was kind, patient and diligent. 5 star service from Tyler!

They sent out the tech that originally helped with my duct work. This was enormously helpful as he knows the situation. Grateful for that. He was thorough and good natured. Knowledgeable and willing to do the work

Jerral was fantastic! He was professional, presented me with 3 estimates, and even showed me the work along the way so that I could be more knowledgeable in the future. The price point was VERY high (which has nothing to do with Jerral) but the service was impeccable.

Malek, Robert, Jose, Adam, and Jason were all at our house on Wednesday 4/20. They installed two A/C condensers, 2 blower units, and cleaned our duct system. I have been around the trades for 30 years and watching this crew work together, joke around with each other, but remain focused, with everyone assisting their teammates and completing task after task, efficiently and seamlessly, was a joy to watch for me. Malek is a special individual, with great leadership qualities, I’d hire this crew in a minute to work for me, Shaun the sales rep told me how good their crews were, this company does it right all the way around, great leadership. My house was cleaner when they left, than when they arrived. Thanks for the service!

Tony was On Time, Professional, Honest and got us up and going again very quickly. He provided tips to help us resolve similar issues in the future. 😊
