This company was very professional from the get go. I called for a plumbing emergency and was surprised to have someone at my door within a few hours.
I was impressed with the technician regarding professionalism, demeanor, personality, and more.
The result of the repair was of high quality.
The name Integrity, as used in the company name, called my attention a few weeks ago, only to learn that in fact, they provided great service for a reasonable price, and provided better than expected results.
I recommend this company. Once my current A/C contract expires, I will be giving them a try with my cooling system as well.

Dan was a very awesome service tech he bent over backwards to make sure we had use of our facilities before he left. He cleaned up after he completed his job as well (unlike other plumbing services from my past history!) I would recommend him without a question!

Had our A/C go out, and called Integrity at around 10pm. They had Scott K come out, and he looked over our system and went over all of our options. Decided to go with a new system, and he got it scheduled for the very next day. Having a newborn, its important we get air back. He was fantastic, and very professional. Will definitely be contacting them for any maintenance in the future.

Our serviceman, Gabe Madueno did an awesome job fixing our AC unit. Came the same evening that I called, he was very thorough and explained everything very well. He also pointed a potential issue that needed attention and he was able to take care of it as well.

This was my first experience with Integrity Home Solutions since they acquired Bay Area Heating and Cooling. Brian Liotta performed an annual electrical review/inspection and then provided me with recommendations. I really appreciated how thorough Brian was and how he went beyond the scope of the initial inspection to implement his recommendations with my approval that very day. He is very professional yet friendly and an excellent representative of his company. Based on this experience, I am looking forward to a very positive relationship with this company.

Brian did an excellent job getting my water back working. He was very professional, answered all questions and concerns. I highly recommend him as a plumber. He is excellent.

No service charge was fantastic! Additionally, Paulo Evans, the technician, was not only professional but also very personable. Within a few minutes, he quickly identified the issue, provided a complimentary estimate, and thoroughly explained what had occurred, as well as his plan to remedy the situation. My bathroom, kitchen, a couple of outlets, and breaker were all affected after I plugged my charger into a miswired outlet. However, Paulo managed to resolve what appeared to be a significant problem in under five minutes. He also gave me other quotes I had questions about. Hopefully not soon but will use their services for any future electrical work.

Had an AC maintenance call today from Integrity. Tech Brendan Austin did a thorough job. Answered all my questions in a way that I understood. Polite young man. Always have good techs. Thank you.
