My parents A/C went out and Aaron the technician was friendly and professional. He diagnosed the issue quickly and was a straight shooter as he described the problem and all our options to repair the issue. Carried himself with a sense of integrity you can't fake. I would recommend him to anyone I know seeking quality service. Will definitely do business with this company again.

Technician arrived on time and performed work in a timely manner. I was pleased with the routine maintenance and UV light and air scrubber installation.

Aaron & Joe where very informative about our system. They handled our situation with all the details that was going on with our system today, and what to look for in the future. We had an air quality system added. They were honest in what they recommended, and very professional. I have been doing business with Hartwick Heating & Air over the last five years and have been very pleased with their service. The owner, Ben Hartwick is a U.S. Air Force veteran and a former St. Johns County firefighter. He is consulted on all significant repairs and he does a great job explaining the need for the repair and answering any questions or concerns. I have purchased two HVAC replacement systems along with annual maintenance contracts from Hartwick. I have found that their staff is very courteous and professional. They have a great notification system and have always been timely. In particular, I have been very pleased with the work performed by Aaron, a technician that has been working with the company since I started doing business with them. He is very knowledgeable and hard working. Thank you Ben Hartwick and Aaron for the work that you do.

I recently bought a home where the AC system was not at all maintained. I called Hartwick Heating & AC as they were the ones who put the system in to do some maintenance on the system. I ended up needing additional repairs to the unit and have had them out several times in the last few months. Each time they have been incredibly professional, on time, thorough, knowledgeable, and honest. Ben is the owner and is very kind; I spoke with him directly and he helped me out more than I can imagine. Aaron is the professional who came to my home and repaired the system, he’s fantastic as well. I will be using them to keep maintaining my system for the future!!

Aaron came for my 6 month service and to renew my service contract. Aaron figured out why my back bedroom was not cooling off and fixed the problem. He explained and answered all my questions.
Before Hartwick, my AC seemed to need repairs regularly. Since Hartwick Heating & AC took over servicing my AC, I have no problems. When my drain backed up on a Saturday night, Hartwick was available to talk me through the drain out process and teach me how to fix it myself, No charge!! Being a single female, it's hard to find trusting contractors, technicians, etc.

Brandon came to the house to repair a wire that had been loosely spliced together. He proceeded to not only change the wires out all together but also placed pvc pipe to cover and protect the wires from the ground into the a/c unit. This was on 3 Sept 2022. Brandon went above and beyond and easily some of the best service ever received anywhere!
