Clinton did an excellent job doing the maintenance service on my AC unit. He took the time to suggest steps I could take to extend the life of the unit since I have a Golden Retriever who is a constant shedder. Thank you Hartwick Heating & Air for the great service and having wonderful employees like Clinton and Aaron!

My husband and l have been St Augustine residents for over 30 years now. We have a primary home and rentals here. When we need AC work done there is only one company we ever use. Hartwick Heating and Air! From the owner to the manager to the technicians all FANTASTIC. We have honestly been satisfied with every technician they've sent over the years. But truthfully Aaron is number 1. Fast efficient and honest. Can you ask for anything more? Great local company don't hesitate to give them a call!

OMG where do I begin. From the lady answering the phone (sorry I don't remember her name) professional were here when they said and Aaron did a wonderful job.installing our unit.
Aaron is unbelievable knowledgeable about the units and what you need.
He was also our installer. He texted the day of installation to see if he could start early and he did. He never stopped from the moment he parked the truck in our driveway until he left. Fabulous job; everything neat and professional looking and complete. Aaron cleaned up everything afterward so the only way we knew he was here was the shiny new, perfectly operating Heat Pump system in place of the old one.
I'm just disappointed I can't give this company more than 5 stars.

Clinton was awesome!!! He serviced our system and installed an air scrubber and UV light. He helped with issues we've been having and did a fabulous job explaining everything. We highly recommend Hartwick - especially if you're able to get Clinton. Thank you!!

These guys are great. The office staff are friendly and professional, the techs are top shelf, and the owner is easy to deal with. I definitely recommend them.

Everyone that I dealt with were very professional and HONEST. They did not try to sell me something that I didn't need. They explained everything that they did and were patient to answer all my questions in detail and so that I understood it. They addressed every concern that I had and made sure everything worked as expected. They showed up on time, texting me when they were on their way and cleaned up after themselves. I signed up for a maintenance plan and feel totally confident that they'll keep my system running perfectly.

I had just started my vacation only to walk in to my find my condo sweltering with the inside temperature reading 80 degrees. I knew right then there something was wrong with my central air. After researching, I came upon Hartwick Heating and Air. I called the company to see if they would be able to assist, thinking that the answer would be "No", since it was last minute and late in the day. I was ecstatic when I was told they could have a tech out to my place within 30 minutes. Aaron was able to get my system running until we can figure out what do do with the outdated system (just purchased condo and never saw the condenser). This company's professionalism and customer service is outstanding. Thank you for saving my vacation.
Update (5/11/18)
Returned for vacation and again, my air conditioning was pumping out no cold air in 84 degree weather. This was a 20+year system that apparently was on its last leg. Called Hartwick again, and although they were maxed out with service calls for that day, they were able to put me in as the 1st appointment. Aaron was great in giving me the pros and cons of fixing the system. Ben was also very receptive in answering my questions regarding a new system and putting together a proposal which featured various pricing options. Thumbs up for continuing to provide expedient customer service .

8 NOV 2020 Technician Brandon Vamos was my technician and quick to Diagnose a failed blower motor on a 14 year old unit. He explained the issue and provided 3 options with pricing. After discussion I decided to go with a entire new system instead of just the motor. Worked out pricing with Ben the owner who gave me a good price. Brandon stayed and replaced the motor so I had AC until my new unit arrived and could be installed. Brandon was extremely professional and got it done quickly. Following week new system arrived and was installed and again by Brandon. Ben kept me informed throughout process and had answers to all my questions. Again customer service is great. Would recommend to friends and family and will continue to utilize Ben for any and all Heat and AC issues. Ask for Brandon for your service tech especially if you have a gas furnace he knows his stuff.

07 JAN 2020 Brandon Vamos was my technician again to downsize my furnace in my garage replacing one that was to large for the space it needed to heat. He was on time, professional, and made quick work of the swap, testing and operation of my new unit. I could not have had a more pleasant experience. Hartwick is the go to company with outstanding technicians and customer service.

HARTWICK has always been there us! 3 houses later and the service is still amazing!! Aaron was extremely knowledgeable, didn’t waste time diagnosing and fixing the problem. Furthermore, when I mentioned health issues, he took a lot of time explaining (not pushing) products to improve my air quality and health! He and Ben worked a great deal! Work was completely professionally and even my dogs approved!! Thanks Aaron and Ben / HARTWICK Heating and Air! You will forever have my business!

We are so pleased with Hartwick. They make our lives so much easier with their email reminders for maintenance and their thoughtful attention to our needs.
