Nathan was the Technician who serviced our AC system. He was prompt, courteous, honest and had great communication. Hartwick Hearing & Air is lucky to have an employee like Nathan.

Always professional and super friendly!! We called after the BIG brand in town dropped us because their AC leaked and caused the floors to buckle. They came out 2 times saying it wasn’t leaking and we had 3 floor professionals and Hartwick say it was the AC. We were so thankful for them helping us, fixing the other guys mistakes and being kind professionals!!! Always a pleasure working with Hartwick!!!

Nathan was great! First off he called with an Eta, not just popping in. Then he got the A/C back on in a short time, making my wife's attitude noticeably cooler getting me to finally be able to chill. Thanks Nathan!

After relocating from an area where we see 130 degree days for weeks on end and have obvious AC issues , Ive dealt with dozens of HVAC companies and techs as well my Dad was 30 years HVAC Business Owner Operator .. - now we live in Florida and had our system acting up a few days ago and called Hartwick in Saint Augustine - the tech was clean - courteous and seemingly ready to help out - he was here less than 5 minutes and immediately came to me with " scenarios" ( Im a seasoned C level Finance Exec and know sales training when I see it )

Scenarios were that I needed refrigerant and if that be the case there was a leak and or highly likely a major mechanical breakdown with any number of or singular other parts - he had no idea what those potential parts were as he had not diagnosed the entire system and not done so much as a leak test - BUT alas his sales training taught him to put " doom and gloom " in front of me with a $3500 price tag ( arbitrary ) for " anything" that would need to be fixed ? yep but theres more - he said we could skip all that $3500 today and go ahead and get a new unit and guess what they have openings on Friday and for $11,000.00 I could have a new unit all warrantied and then be happy paying them $199 a month for a maintenance plan - This was less than 11 minutes after he arrived - I opted for a refill of leaked Refridgerant and a diagnosis that one of the " Fins" at the evaporative coil line was leaking ?? sooo when did Fins begin to have the ability to leak ?

My tenant reported an issue that the AC was not cooling enough. Hartwick technician was able to diagnose the issue quickly, which needed a part to be replaced. They didn't have the part in stock, so he did a temporary fix so that my tenant was happy. Later they ordered the part and replaced it, directly coordinating with the tenant so that i didn't have to spend any of my time. The initial quote based on their estimate of labor hours was 1K+ which i had said OK to, but later they realized that it was actually not that much and the final cost was almost half of the original estimate. In my opinion that speaks about their honesty and integrity which I value a lot. 👍👍❤️

I was not getting an issue resolved with my current HVAC company so I called Hartwick. They came out same day. Nick and Dylon took great care in assessing the issue and explaining the solution. Very impressed in fact so impressed I signed up for their maintenance program. Would definitely recommend.
