Our gas powered electric heater broke. Our home warranty connected us with Service Gurus and I see why. The Service Guru team are TOTAL experts on everything home. They were able to replace the circuit board which repaired our 13 year old electric water heater, saving us from the uber expensive cost of replacing it! They were extremely reliable, friendly, and just an overall great team to work with. I can’t recommend enough. Thanks guys!

Having had some A/C problems, I called The Service Gurus to send out a tech. Curt was prompt, professional and courteous. He took the time to explain a number of things about my system that I was not aware of, very helpful. He resolved a plumbing issue as well. The billing and payment was managed on the spot with a tablet computer. Easy peasy.

The Service Gurus are an authorized Nest installer so I scheduled an appointment to install our Nest Thermostat. Austin was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions. The price was very fair. I highly recommend The Service Gurus.

Hands down the worst experience!! I called at 5 pm and was guaranteed a tech would be there the same night to look at my a/c. Tech would call on the way. At 7:30 when we hadn’t received a call, I called back and was informed we should receive a call shortly. At 10pm, still no call!!! I called again and was informed they stop service calls at 8 pm and the on call person wasn’t responding. We turned down other companies who returned our call after scheduling with your company since your company GUARANTEED a tech that never came. We were told we would receive a call this morning to rectify the issue and surprise surprise no call.

It has been a long time since I found great service and honesty. My air went out and I emailed Service gurus and within 1 1/2 hours I had Austin a very professional friendly tech at my door. He fixed the problem without trying to upsell. You are now my go to company!!!

An Extremely happy Cistomer

I had a brand new air conditioner installed in Sept 2019. It has failed twice now since then. I called them on the second failure on Oct 7, 2020 and they inform me that their warranty is only for one year and many parts are not covered. Compare that with a GREAT company (I won't name them in this bad review) who installed a air conditioner unit at my second home which had a 10 year parts and labor warranty. Do not use this company, if only for the fact that they installed a unit that has now failed twice. UPDATE: Another serice company came out and said that the installer had put a wet/rusted (probably in the rain before they installed) circuit breaker on the unit. The circuit breaker isn't even required per code because the house circuit breaker is right next to the unit. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Wonderful experience. Kurt was very friendly and professional. He installed a gas dryer for us. He tested it to make sure it works and reviewed all the work with me. I highly recommend them.

Kurt did a wonderful job quickly identifying the issue, explaining the repair, and getting us back up and running. Easy scheduling process, prompt, and left the work area clean. Will definitely use again if needed!
