The Service Gurus are a great company!! Our unit went out (on a Saturday no less) and we were able to contact them for same day service. They were kind enough to fix our compressor and get everything up and running. We appreciate them very much and will always use them if we have any future issues! Thanks again!

We had a problem with a Nest thermostat and Service Gurus came out twice to get it solved (not their fault it wasn't solved the first time-I had to return a fault Nest to Best Buy first). Austin was incredible and offered excellent knowledge plus great customer service. It was clear he knew his business but also went above and beyond to research additional information for me. I will absolutely use them again if we have any HVAC issues and trust that they understand smarthome systems as well.
As a bonus, their fees are very reasonable and I never felt ripped off or concerned I was being played to run up the bill. When you're paying for a service you don't yourself understand, that's a huge benefit. Thanks, Austin, for taking such great care of us!

My air conditioner stopped working. My home warranty company recommended The Service Gurus. They came right out and diagnosed the problem. Christina was so nice and helpful. She even called the warranty company to plead my case to cover the repair. Austin Kaercher was the technician. He explained everything that was wrong and finished very quickly. I can't say enough good things about this company! It's refreshing to find a company whose customer service is a priority.

We just had our hot water heater serviced for it's annual maintenance by Kurt R. My husband and I are impressed with the service given, expertise by Kurt and showing up as scheduled on time. I would highly recommend The Service Gurus if you are in the need of an annual maintenance for your instant hot water heater. They also do cooling, heating & gas line and plumbing work in case you are in need of those things. You don't need to look any further, these are the people you want servicing your needs.

Austin came out to fix our heater. He was extremely professional and all of his work was tidy. He was also prompt and efficient. He took his time but completed everything in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend him and the Service gurus.

Overall we had a good experience with The Service Gurus. The technician was professional, personable, and seemed very knowledgeable. We had to move our gas line in the kitchen a few inches to the side to allow our new gas range to slide into position. He communicated very well with me about what he planned on doing. The job took less than two hours. I am giving only four stars, however, for two reasons. He ran late for the appointment and didn't communicate with me that he was going to be significantly tardy. And after he finished the job and left I realized there was a better way he could have done the job. As it was done. We could slide our range into position, but it it still more than 2 inches away from the wall. In other words, if you rate the finished result as good, better, or best, it was only better. If he spent a little more time and had the gas line turn 90 degrees once it came out of the wall, we could have slid the range in closer and avoided the possibility of crimping the flexible gas line.

We’ve been very happy with The Service Gurus. They have gone out of their way to provide excellent service! They were awesome about working with our home warranty company and even helped us out with a $500 rebate from the gas company when we installed a new air/heating system! Highly recommend them!!

I was told that this company sales faulty units and fails to repair them when they give out only a few years later. Buyer beware!!!

I truly can't say enough about the level of service I received. Wade is one of the nicest and most polite humans you will ever meet. I needed an entire new A/C unit and he walked me through the entire process, answering every question I had. He even helped me through the financing process. Once I was approved, my new A/C was installed the next day. If you are looking for a company that values their clients and believes in top-notch customer service, look no further.

Kurt came over to diagnose and fix my HVAC issue. He was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain every detail of the AC system to me as I generally like to understand how things work. Would recommend to anyone.
