Came home to a busted water heater. Called the Gurus, well, it was after 6 so they couldn't get to me that evening. They gave me the name of a Plumber that was 24 hrs. I thanked them and got off the phone. How remarkable they were willing to lose service rather than ask me to wait for the next day. This was such good karma that I immediately called them back. I told him I could make do without hot water that night, could they get me tomorrow. He said they were really packed with plumbing calls but that he would have his scheduler call me when she got in at 7. They called at 7:15 and told me they had to rearrange some calls but they could get to me in 45 minutes if I could meet them at the house. Big shout out to Paul, excellent plumber. Very friendly and explained to me exactly what he was going to be doing. Cleaned up well afterwards. Fantastic quick job. They will be my goto plumber from here on.

Installed New A/c-heating unit. Good people to work with. Top of line unit needed some tweaks; done quickly & efficiently. Works perfectly. Purchased Nest thermostat. Good information. Learning app needs better program for two retired people. Will continue to use them. I do recommend them.

AC went out on Sunday before labor day and was told we wouldn't be able to get anyone out until Tuesday. Bud was in the area and took my call mid day. Within an hour he diagnosed and serviced our Carrier system and had it up and running 100%. My kids and family are ecstatic! Bud was very personable and also explained the issues he corrected. THANK YOU BUD!

I called The Service Gurus 10/31/18 and they sent Austin out to diagnose the problem with our a/c. He found the problem and went out of his way to get the parts and fix the problem.
