We just had an absolutely fantastic experience with Advanced Air when they removed our old hot water heater tank and we replaced it with an electric tankless hot water heater! We live in a condo in Palencia and every square foot of available space is critical in a condo but we were also concerned about a traditional hot water tank rupturing and having water go into the units below us. The sales rep Josh came out to our unit, reviewed whether or not the tankless would be a good fit for us, went through all of our questions and we were satisfied. Two weeks later we had two awesome technicians come out, remove the old tank and install the new one. It is been a great decision! If you ask your friends about electric tankless hot water heaters you'll get every Monday Morning Quarterback tell you "Oh no, they're not very good" so I did my own research and vetted it myself and it's been worth it. We gained more space in our laundry room, we have the efficiency of a tankless heater and the finished product is minimal. 5 Stars for Advanced Air!

I called during business hours to schedule an estimate. An answering service picked up the call informing me that the office was closed (at 3pm on a weekday). I asked if they offered certain services, and the agent did not know. I called back the next morning and scheduled an appointment for an at-home estimate. On the day of our scheduled appointment, I waited around during the appointment window, and no one showed up or called. I called the company, and they had scheduled for the wrong date/time. I did not receive an apology. I understand scheduling mistakes happen, but this is unprofessional.

The Service Gurus is the best company that has done work for me since I moved to Jacksonville/St Augustine. The professionalism of their employees is outstanding. They care, which in this day and age can be rare. Our installation tech Shannon was spectacular from diagnosis to repair. Very transparent and extremely knowledgeable. Kim and the crew at the office were the most helpful and honest people I have dealt with. What a refreshing experience. If you need help with your AC/Heating give these people a call!!! The Service Gurus technicians were customer focused, courteous, and professional. Tim, Wade, and Shannon have excellent customer service skills and were very helpful and respectful. They put on booties before entering my house, compared to previous company that didn't care and walked right inside my house with their dirty shoes without any booties.
They did an excellent job replacing my 17 years old system in 5 - 6 hours. Tim and Shannon cleaned up all of the wire stripping, cut copper..etc...They made sure they picked up any mess left over after their installation of the new AC system. Both Shannon and Tim took their time to explain what I needed to know to keep the system working efficiently and effectively and explained that they had to come back to charge the system correctly because it was raining out.

Thank you Service Gurus for your quick turnaround time from diagnostic to implementation of the new system. Feels great to have a cool house again after 46 days! Tim, Wade, and Shannon thank you for your professionalism, expediency, and excellent customer service! I wish AHS had dispatched my service call to Service Gurus initially, I would have a working AC in a week or less. I would definitely recommend Service Gurus for any AC repair and services.

The Service Gurus will be my go to company, Kurt the installer was great to work with. He showed true professionalism, did a great job installing our tank less water heater, answered questions and explained the new system. I would recommend The Service Gurus to anyone looking for an honest company, that will complete your job on time and correct.

We knew our AC system was on its last leg, and so it was no surprise when the system failed on a very hot June day. From past experience, we knew that we wanted Lennox equipment, so we looked for a Lennox Premier dealer in our area. We contacted two companies, and both were fairly quick to come out. We expected the estimates to be similar, so we planned to make the decision based on things other than cost. The estimate from The Service Gurus seemed fairly reasonable (everything cost a little more than what you expect), but when the second company gave me an estimate for nearly twice the cost, cost became a big issue. Note that the estimate was for exactly the same equipment (same part numbers throughout). Based on both cost and Wade's professionalism, treatment (no hard sell), and five star reviews, we went with The Service Gurus.

We could not have made a better decision. The installers showed up the next morning right on time, and the installation was completed that afternoon. Shannon and Kurt were knowledgeable and committed to get the job done and get it done right. Additionally, they were cognizant of the social distancing issues we are all going through, and we felt safe around them.

And, as expected, the system is quietly cooling and dehumidifying our home as well as we could expect in the Florida summer. We shouldn't have waited for our old system to fail. We highly recommend The Service Gurus.

We had problems with the initial installation of our Nest Learning Thermostat by another technician. We called The Service Gurus and Phil was able to come out the next day. He was extremely professional and equally personable. He very quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and the thermostat is now working just fine. Phil also thoroughly explained all of the Nest’s features and advised both my wife and I on all of the recommended settings. We really appreciate excellent service like that and their rate was very reasonable. We will definitely use The Service Gurus for all of our HVAC service in the future.

I had the best experience with this company! I called and spoke with Wade about making an appointment to service my air conditioner that was leaking water. He was friendly, professional and provided an appointment for the same day. Travis came to my home earlier than expected, which was a relief, and he fixed the problem instantly. He provided tips for monthly maintenance to prevent future problems and was very friendly and professional. I can’t say enough good things about this team and would recommend them to anyone needing a/c help. Thanks Wade and Travis!

Austin was the service tech. He was a very pleasant young man. Very polite and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem in 5 Min and fixed it. I give service Gurus 10 Stars and will use them again.Top it off, they came same day my air conditioning went out. Very happy in Florida. Dr Clark
