Dean was here within 60 minutes of my phone call. Air conditioning was out on a hot June day and I was very glad to see him. He explained what had gone wrong and what he needed to do to fix the problem and he kept me updated during his time here. The price was reasonable and I am very satisfied.

Dean was quick, professional and priced right. He quickly found the issue (bad blower motor) and was able to replace very quickly. He had us up and running again in no time. Warranty Air is now my go to company for repairs and service.

Warranty Air provides excellent customer service, fair prices, and is honest (which can be hard to find in this business). We've been a customer for years and will not go elsewhere. Dean has replaced both of our a/c units, after countless repairs on the previous ones that were both about 20 years old. He runs a very honest operation and won't try and sell you a new unit when all you need is a few parts replaced. Warranty Air provides fast service as well, in most cases Dean has been able to come out to our house same day if something goes wrong. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

I Had called Dean because my usual AC company couldn't come for a few days. Dean came in a few hours, diagnosed the problem immediately, installed a smart thermostat, and even repaired the holes from new wiring. I would highly recommend him after dealing with companies who really weren't that good. Cant say enough great things!

Waranty Air is fantastic and Dean and his crew are amazing! They have been there immediately the two times I needed AC help. Just this last time, Dean had an entire new system, new thermostats, and all the clean up done in less than 24 hours. His work is meticulous and he is the nicest guy. His team is polite and friendly too! The first time I had air issues last year, Dean came out three times in the pouring rain to assess the problem and fix the issue. He was worried my dogs would be too hot in the FL heat

Warranty Air's customer service was excellent. In the middle of the hot Florida summer, Dean came out to my house in Palm Harbor very quickly, assessed the issues with my air conditioner and was equipped to fix it on the spot. The best part was it was affordable! I did not feel like I was getting ripped off like previous contractors I've done business with! Warranty Air installed the A/C in my house about 10 years ago. Great job, and very little trouble with it. Annual checks are good, and the one time cooling stopped, they came out and adjusted the coolant level. Yesterday, a Friday afternoon, the air in my rental unit went out. I called, and was given an appointment for service this morning. Dean came to the condo unit, discovered an easy issue, and fixed it within about 10 minutes. It was a part that wasn't even necessary to run the A/C. He made no attempt to sell a new part or sell an upgrade, but gave me an honest evaluation of what I have. He is my A/C guy from now on out. When the whole thing needs to be replaced, Warranty Air is who I'll call. Honesty, pricing, and ability can't be beat.

UNPROFESSIONAL. Non-responsive, keep making commitments he did not keep. Dean and another guy came to my house to assess my AC and duct work system. After receiving a few quotes, I thought Dean knew what he was talking about and he seemed knowledgeable and nice enough.
While he was here, after his 30 minute inspection, he quoted me a price. He said he would follow up with a written quote and insisted I secure him right away due to inventory and price increases. He even gave an estimated time to install. But then I “chased” him for a over week. He did answer multiple texts and keep committing but NEVER followed through. Did he lowball me? WHY?
WHY WASTE MY TIME? WHY WASTE HIS TIME? I’ll never know.
