Dean, owner of Warranty Air, is the first person I call when I need HVAC help. He is extremely responsive, quick to complete the repair and priced right. He always backs up his work and when he leaves, I feel like the job was done right.

We had an issue with a capacitor which Dean diagnosed, repaired then gave the system a quick tune up checking the refrigerant & cleaning the drain line - all in under 30 minutes.

After the painful acceptance of an unexpected AC issue, it makes me feel good working with a small business owner who takes pride in what he does and offers his knowledge and services with great value and an awesome attitude!

very professional, courteous, on time. our ac system wasn't cooling down properly while it is getting hotter outside for summer. after calling dean he came out that day on time, quickly found the issue, which needed a cleaning. he showed me how to clean it while cleaning it. charged me an amazing price. i was very impressed with service!! would recommend 100% thank you!

Middle of May and the AC unit blows warm air. Looking up local tradesman and seeing the 4.9 rating average, I called Warranty Air at 10:30 am. I got directly in touch with Dean and told him my problem. We set up a time for that afternoon. Dean arrived right on time.
This was a R22 Freon refill issue and he accomplished the task in the time it took me to mow, edge, and blow the front lawn. Cleaning out the drip pipes (gratis) was a nice touch. This man is no-BS, get-it-done right. Respectful of property inside and out.

Dean and James are by far the best AC guys I have met. They were extremely helpful in installing a split unit and answered all of my questions. They were early on the day of the appointment and worked so hard to get the job done in a timely manor yet made time to not only check every part of the new unit, but helped me to register it as well. I cannot thank them enough for their work and would recommend them to anyone! The prices were good and they had great recommendations to for the maintenance of the new unit!

Dean and company installed my unit several years ago and have been responsive since with annual checkups and maintenance. They are here today installing a new system. The previous one had too many expensive things going wrong. I have been completely satisfied with every call and job they've done here.

Our unit stopped working over the weekend. He was very responsive and fixed the unit within 15 minutes. Very helpful and reasonable price!

Dean was awesome. We've had multiple AC companies out because the unit was leaking and not cooling properly. Not only was he the first one to honestly diagnose the entire issue and actually explain how he could fix it, he gave us a super reasonable price on it and fixed it same day in no time at all. AC is working like new with no leak. If you are having an AC problem I can't recommend him enough.

I'd just like to comment on the discourteous driver of one of your trucks on 118th Avenue yesterday. I hope whatever time they saved by speeding up so I couldn't move over when my lane ended was worth it. I'm sure it would have killed him to show a little courtesy and let me in front of him when he saw that I was out of room to keep going. I hope he's being nicer to your customers!
