Have been using a large company A/C service for years. This was the 3rd incident in 2 months for the same issue. Was told there is no problem, but will likely need a new system soon, to prepare for it. I called Dean on a strong recommendation from a friend, as he is honest and efficient. Chase came out and immediately saw the problem, singed wires from the surge protector. He removed them, tested the system and numbers. I am not ready to purchase another system when mine still runs well. So grateful, and Warranty Air has a new, happy customer!

II have gone through several AC repair people and was at the loss who to call, since I was dissatisfied with my previous choices. That situation is no longer.
