I have used Lee at Knights AC for several years. I HIGHLY recommend them. They are prompt, thorough and lower cost than any of the other companies that we used over the past 25 years!
I will never used any other AC company.

Called Knights Air today and within a couple hours they were here. My A/C was not as cold as it used to be, it was a simple fix and now my A/C is blowing ice cold. Honestly they could have told me anything and I would have believed them and yet they were honest and it did not cost me an arm and a leg. I was impressed.

Awsome... quick and proff def use again.

Great company came out again as my unit was older and made good recommendation.
Also let me borrow a portable ac unit while I waited for parts. Very friendly staff and trust their professional opinion.

Just wrapped up a long process to fix / replace a bad Lennox Air Handler Coil. Two other AC vendors could not diagnose the problem. Knight's diagnosed the issue in minutes, I had a bad coil. Due to Lennox producing so many Air Handler's with bad coils (see class action suit), the coils were on a lengthy back order. Knight's kept the pressure on Lennox to get the coil, and eventually to replace the entire Air Handler due to the coils taking so long. I did not need to follow up at all. Knight's proactively communicated with me every step of the way, provided complimentary, portable room AC units, and exceeded expectations at literally every step along the way. Simply outstanding service at reasonable prices! They will be my new AC vendor and my referral for anyone needing recommendations.

Dispatcher and technicians were super helpful, polite, and honest. It ended up being a quick fix and they never once tried to rip us off. We will definitely be using them in the future.

The gentlemen that came were very nice and informative. One of them told me that some more work had to be done and that someone would call me with an estimate. They didn't call me back . But I called them and she told me they had server issues and she apologized for not calling me back. They are coming back to fix the problem.

Made a call at 11 pm at night as we just got back from vacation. Lisa walked us through some steps but our air was still hot. Lee came out the next morning and with great service we were up and running in 30 min. I would totally recommend

We called this place at the beginning of the week and they scheduled us right away for today (6/7/19) . The two men were very professional and very efficient . They were early and finished quickly . They fixed two pipes and did a great job along with changing the filters that I provided . Thanks so much . Alicia

Called them when my regular AC place didn't call me back. Nice lady gave me info to try and help (hose down the unit to cool it off)
