Best experience ever! Came out within two hours- checked for us to see if our equipment was still under warranty (we had no idea). Let us borrow a small unit to keep our bedroom cool at night while waiting for the manufacturer to send the new piece. Reasonable pricing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Knights AC treated us right! We had the AC die in our office building and they arrived on time to check out the issue. We figured our unit was old and tired and we needed a new unit. We have had issues for several years with some rooms not getting cool and Lee spotted the problem right away with a few vents that were incorrect. The price for the new unit was very fair and the installation perfect. It used to take our office about 3-4 hours to cool down in the summer in the mornings and now it takes about 45 min to be comfortable. They also suggested a remote control thermostat that is controllable by our phone so we can turn off or on the ac from an app.

We had another company service our unit and another one in Brandon the other company sent one man out ,for a service call instead of maintenance, was told I he was to large and would have to reschedule . The next man came out and did maintenance, neither of them mentioned needing coolant, same man came back 7months later,and all was ok according to him. Unit was still freezing up. My son called Knight's Air Conditioning ,and found the problem and fixed immediately and had my son actually cold. I will recommend them to anyone who needs service. Thank you very much 🐝

I couldnt be more happier with this company. They came out on a Sunday and a investigation on the unit and cleared the drain. Definitely our future. Eric was very clear on his findings and his professionalism was superior. The lady who took my initial call was very sweet & kind and understood my situation and was on point when he would arrive. Had an emergency in the evening but Lisa and Devin were just wonderful! Can’t be more appreciative for the fast response and service. My AC was functioning again in less than 1 hour after I called them.

We had our A/C replaced about 4 months ago and had a great experience. The job was done fast and the installation crew was polite. Our home is so much cooler now that our unit is up to date, and the money we save on electric is just a added bonus.

I wish i could give them more stars, these guys are a life saver!! They came quickly and helped us out. We have a new AC unit only about a year old and our coil is leaking even though they didn't install it they were willing to help us out and save us money. If you an AC guy call Knight! We cannot thank them enough.

I really don't know what to say about these people. I have been ripped off by so many business since I moved to Florida that I just expect it. But Lee came to do a maintenance service on my HVAC this morning and I am overwhelmed by his honesty. I was telling him about my experiences recently and he said he and Lisa would always be willing to recommend tradesmen when I needed it. In addition, he changed out a motor on my bathroom exhaust fan and wouldn't accept anything extra for his time. I honestly have tears in my eyes writing this. These are REALLY GOOD PEOPLE and I am a customer for life. Thank you Lee.

Honest company- and great service. We called 3 other A/C companies. 1 never showed... and 2 gave us extremely high estimates for repairs ($600 and $729) for completely different parts.

Knights came in and within 15 minutes found a faulty thermostat. That was the ONLy problem. $75 and 35 minutes later I was up and running. Highly recommend.
