Knowledgeable and professional business, didn’t try to sell me anything. They fixed the previous AC company’s mess up and had extremely affordable pricing on repair. Would recommend and will use once the unit does go bad.

The only company we will ever use! We have a Ductless mini split AC & Heat pump with remotes that can virtually be installed anywhere. After speaking with Lee and Lisa they helped us find one that fit our needs without compromising the integrity of space or comfort. Our system has been installed for two months. Our new system gives us superior performance. It is very energy efficient and comfortable. The first month's electricity bill we saved $89. The second month's electricity bill we saved $101. Well worth the investment. It is absolutely the best sleep we have ever had! Now when our children and grandchildren visit, they bring winter pjs, socks and blankets. They say we have the coldest house ever! Love it!

This place is without a doubt the best. Our A/C went out and they came out that day to service. The blower motor went out and since our system was 15 years old, we decided to replace it. It took a while due to two issues: 1) Knights introduced us to the PACE program, which allows you to defer your payment to your tax bill. This is a government program so it takes a while to get the paperwork done. 2) When you are good people want you, when you are great, people demand you. These guys are great. They came out on install day. This just so happened to coincide with our neighbors replacing their system as well. The neighbors team showed up an hour before with 3 techs to install their system. Lee and Arron showed up an hour later at our place. They installed our system, removed our old system, cleaned,adjusted and sealed all our duct work and vents and had our system up and running in exactly 3 hours. The team across the street was still hard at work when Lee and Arron left. And WHAT a great job.

This is a small company with the personal touch missing in many of the large A/C companies. We are 100% satisfied with the service and performance of our new HVAC system. Please give these guys a call and you won't regret it.

I originally called knights AC out a few years ago after I installed a thermostat that would only blow for air. I previously used another company, but kept experiencing problems with my ac. They came out, fixed the issue under manufacturer warranty, and also let me know both units were too small and under too much strain which is likely the root of my issues. I found them to be honest, professional, and reliable. I started using them for my annual service and never had an issue since. Once the ac did go out, knights air provided me with the correct size units for a great price and even offered portable ac units to keep us cool during the install. Lee and the rest of the staff were great!

This is hands down the best AC company. I woke up on a Saturday morning and it was very hot in my house. I called at 8:05 Saturday morning and they got back to me within 30 Min, came out within a couple of hours and it was fixed! Very reliable, excellent service, professional people, and I can hosnestly say the best price I have ever paid for any AC repair. Lisa and Lee are amazing! I will recommend them to anyone who needs any AC work. I will use them again when needed.

We had a great experience with Knights and Dustin the tech was very thorough in his inspection of our AC issues. We had contacted another company (Bayonet) a week prior and they said we would have to replace both of our units Evaporator Coils. Dustin found zero leaks in those coils and was able to pin point the leak in the outside units condenser line and fixed the problem in minutes saving us a lot of money. Bayonet is out for your money, while it seems Knight believes in integrity and truly helping their customers. That is how you earn repeat business and they will certainly get ours in the future.

My experience with Knights Air. They came out promptly assessed the problem and gave me my options. Lee Sisson gave me his opinion of what needed to be done and why. I decided a new unit would be my best option seeing the old unit was undersized and to many problems. They gave me a competitive price. Today was install day. They were prompt, clean and professional. They replaced my entire unit in under 3 hours. Lisa Caldwell Sisson received a panicked call from me saying only 2 vents were blowing air. Lee turned around and came back. It had been so long since my a.c. worked correctly, I didn't realize the fins on the vents Were directing the airflow along the ceiling and not down. I will absolutely 100%

Knights is amazing! They are responsive, understanding and always willing to help. Our AC went out and we were stuck in a hot house working from home. Knights came and saved the day. Seriously - this is the best AC company period. We were having AC issues we called them and explained the problems we were having. They suggested that we should also add a wifi thermometer so that we could remotely control the temp when away. Lee came out and fixed our AC and also identified issues with vents in a few rooms. My wife is beyond happy with the remote control. She can adjust the temp from her phone when she wants it to be cooler and the venting changes has resulted in a significant reduction in our electric bill.

Finding Knights Air has truly been a blessing. I am embarrassed that it took this long for me to submit this review.
