Look no further, Knights Air Conditioning is the best ! I called first thing in the morning and scheduled an evening service call. They arrived on time, diagnosed the issue, had the replacement part on the truck and had us back in business in 30 minutes ! Doin' business the way doin' business used to be. Thanks Lee !

I had some ongoing issues with the ac company my builder used. They tried to sell me all these different tests. I called Knights air for a second opinion, and they came out and identified the issue and their fix was less than just the tests of the other company. They have come out to my house on follow up visits to make sure its all good. I trust them when they tell me what I need. They arrive on time, and they communicate clearly. I really appreciate a good business. As a realtor, I will be recommending them to my clients too.

Love Knights Air! This is the second time in a few years that we've used them for some urgent AC repair. First a capacitor for the compressor and just now a blower motor replacement. Called after hours this last time and was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and had the part picked up and installed in less than 24 hours. The team was super quick and professional. This is the local HVAC company you've been looking for to take care of you and treat you fairly.

After having continuous problems with my AC for months and having a different company out twice to never call me back with an estimate, I called Knights. They came out in less than 2 hours and did a thorough inspection. Devin explained everything well, and he was very professional and helpful. I can only share my small experience, they did not perform any services for me. A week before my appointment I called to schedule. Spoke with somebody pleasant on the phone and they were able to assist me with an AC tuneup within a week. I was very happy about that. The morning of the appointment, the appointment time came and went and nobody has showed up. I automatically thought that I had the wrong date, so I tried to call them to get the correct date. When I called the number on the website the answering response was “mailbox is not available “. So of course I thought I had the wrong number and I ended up dialing the number four times with the same response. At 9:22 AM I did have the opportunity to speak with someone who stated “I see that you called 85 times “. Considering my appointment was at 9 AM, no one called, Had no estimated time that they would be there, and I just had somebody get rude with me over the phone. I pretty much determined this was not a company I wanted to do business with. If you decide to call them I hope you have a better experience than I.

This is an honest and very respectable company. They made sure to get us the best deal possible when we found out our new home’s central AC system needed to be completely replaced. Other companies we got quotes from made us haggle and feel like we were getting scammed by pushing financing options we weren’t comfortable with. Lisa at the office gave us plenty of information to make sure we made the right choice between all of the companies we looked at. Once we decided to go with Knights, she was able to fit us in the next day! They replaced the system in only 3 hours and did a great job. Our house feels cool and comfortable again and I could not recommend Knights AC more!

It’s not only uncomfortable when your A/C unit goes on the blink, but it can be very stressful as well knowing you need to find a company that will show up on time, won’t charge you a fortune or rip you off. I was tired of the company’s you see advertising on TV that promise quick, honest service that send a slick willie repairman to your house that sells you Freon and other parts you don’t need. I called Knights Air and they were quick to respond, honest and professional. They explained what was wrong with my unit and gave me a price to repair it. Since my unit was almost 20yrs old and has been requiring more and more repairs, I asked how much they would charge to replace it. They gave me a price that beat all the other quotes, got my air working and installed the new unit two days later. I will never use anyone other than Knights Air in the future and highly recommend Knights Air to everyone. Thank you Lee, Lisa, Devin and Aaron, you guys rock. ❄️ 😀

If I could leave them more than 5 stars I would. Lee and his team were thorough and professional through the whole process. We have had many many issues with our AC units and Knights was the only company that got down to the root issue and remediated it at an incredibly reasonable cost. If these guys were twice as much $$ as the competition, I would STILL give them my business because we were that impressed. I will continue to recommend Knights AC to my family, friends, and neighbors. Way to go, guys! Thank you for your exceptional work and commitment to your customers.

Just a quick note to let you know this company is straight top shelf. Through the swift efforts of the Project Manager she uncovered a significant issue that I was unaware of which resulted in a couple thousand dollars in savings. Even though I didn’t purchase any product from the company thru her efforts and research I was able to get my AC dilemma resolved. Who does that? They do! They are on my speed dial for future use

I had an appointment scheduled on 8/31/21@2 pm. It was past my appointment time and I called and the girl that answered the phone told me, oh no! Your appointment is for Thursday 9/2/21 @2pm. I told her to cancel that because I could not take another day off of work. Then I called back and she scheduled me for today 9/3/21@2pm again. It was past my appointment time so I called them and she tells me that my appointment was for yesterday at 2pm and that I had told her to cancel it. It’s really horrible customer care. It was no misunderstanding in my part. Stop making excuses for bad customer service.
