I have had two service appointments, one to repair my A/C and the other to have it serviced. Both technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Both answered all my questions. When they left, I felt well informed and not left with questions. I felt the fees were very reasonable. 1st Charlotte A/C was recommended to me and I highly recommend them as well!

First Charlotte is wonderful! Joe, the owner came out within a day of me calling. The company which originally installed the unit months ago told me my AC was ruined after hurricane Ian and I needed a new one since it was dented. This was despite the fact that the AC was running. I thought this analysis was untrue. So, when it stopped working 4 months later, I thought it was going to be a huge problem. Joe diagnosed the problem within minutes and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. It was faulty wiring performed by the original company. I called them after getting a suspicious quote from AA Temperature Services for over $1600 for a freon leak repair. Chase, the tech for FIrst Charlotte did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem that had been misdiagnosed by AA Temperature Services. Came back the next day with the necessary materials to repair it, and the total cost was less than ONE THIRD of what AA Temperature Services quoted. I have already referred them to a neighbor.

I really trust Danielle and everything that he tells me that needs to be done to the system. I do really appreciate when he comes out to give me estimates on what needs to be done.

When you live in Florida and your AC quits. Panic sets in. I called them. They were there in a couple hours. DONE AC works. Happy again

Everyone at First Charlotte is the best from the techs to the office staff. Couldn't have been more professional and and polite. And have the best pricing around. I tell everyone to use them, I have been for the last 10 years from installing a whole new system to maintenance and repairs. Always been good to me.
