My air conditioner wasn’t keeping my condo cold. They came within 2 hours of me calling. The technician went above and beyond to help me. He was amazing.

The A/C did not seem to be working as it should. Having purchased the home one year ago and being new to the area, I relied on customer reviews to make contact. We able to get service quickly. In the process it was discovered that there was a minor leak, which would have become a big problem quickly. James was able to make the repair and complete the job within the original service call. I believe the cost for the service to be reasonable. First Charlotte will be servicing my system annually going forward.

Scheduled a service visit sice ac wasn't cooling. technician showed up within the time frame scheduled. Spent time checking out our 17 year old unit and was able to fix it. Thank you for being trustworthy and reliable. Will continue to use your services exclusively! Thanks
