James was very personable and explained a few things to me about our unit. Also changed air filter and added bleach to the line. He texted to advise me he was on his way which was just shortly after our window appointment time. Very satisfied.

Abe was a great technician. Explained everything, was prompt and efficient. Follow up visit with replacement part by Chase. Explained everything to me he was great.

The Technician, Abe was very informative and helped us to understand the problem with the ice machine. Due to the time restraints and the need for an immediate repair, he worked with us and the machine seems to be running properly. He has requested to call back to let the company know if there are any further problems with the ice machine.

Someone came out a few hours after I called. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

A company you can trust!!! Sounds "old fashioned", I know. But having experienced dishonest technicians whose sole purpose for showing up is to deliver "the bad news" that your unit is beyond repair and needs to be replaced, believe me when I say honesty is in short supply these days. So when you find a company like First Charlotte, where honesty, integrity, politeness, attentiveness, and putting the customer first is simply how they do business, don't ever look anywhere else. No complaints at all. First class people, including the owner. Installers are courteous and knowledgeable. Even their phone receptionist is beyond belief friendly! Best of all, very fair price. Could not be more pleased.

My air conditioner runs fantastic now. I have tried two other businesses and had poor service from them. Highly recommend this company.
