The serviceman, Gary, pointed out a large amount of dust & mold on a fan, stated it was not part of regular maintenance and would cost a bit more. I appreciated his pointing it out and cleaning it. Well worth the the price.

First Charlotte installed our new HVAC system, when we moved into our older home with a marginal system. As with any important household system, it had a failure late Friday afternoon. We called, and they were on it right away. We were up and running by 7pm. They are always very competent and professional. They are our ‘go to’ guys for all things HVAC.

We had a home inspection done for the purpose of finding the cause of moisture intrusion. The Inspector discovered shoddy A/C duct installation. On the recommendation of a friend we called in First Charlotte and they were very responsive, evaluated the problem and said we needed the duct work redone as it had not been properly sealed 2 + years ago. It was installed incorrectly and was now ruined do to condensation. They arrived on time worked quickly and cleaned up immaculately, all for much less than what the first company had charged. THANK YOU First Charlotte for a hassle free experience.
