James did a great job in repairing my unit. My unit was worked on by 4 seasons, and their technician damaged my unit. I called First Charlotte AC & Refrigeration inc. and they were very professional and came sooner than I expected, which was greatly appreciated. James went above and beyond. He saw the damages that was done by the previous company and showed me why I was having problems with my three years old unit. I am very thankful for everything he has done today. I must also say the cost was not fair and affordable. I would recommend First Charlotte AC & Refrigeration inc. you will regret going with them!!!!!
