I have always been exceptionally pleased with Executive Cooling and Heating

Very impressed with the team, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

We called their office first thing this morning. Margaret is efficient, professional, personable. When she heard our AC had died, she reassured us that she would fit us in today. She gave us a window of Noon to 2, and called us when the technician was on his way.

Technician Mike was excellent. He examined the system, found our capacitor was shot, and he replaced it in short order.

We've been customers for 16 years;
We had very old, inefficient ducts replaced and new vents put on. A big messy job. They did great work and cleaned up all beautifully. The new system we had installed last fall now runs so much less. Another job well done.

Executive Cooling came out to house to do some duct work and we couldn’t be more pleased. They were very attentive and replied very promptly after our call. The two young men that came to the house were on time and very respectful. The work was done seamlessly, you wouldn’t have known anyone was here. Thanks to Executive Cooling for fixing the issue with the bedroom. The room was so unbearably hot at night and we immediately felt the difference.

We were shopping in Lowe’s yesterday trying to find the right size vent cover and filter for our air return. I had the measurements on my phone, my husband and I were looking high and low and could not find what we needed. A fella named Tim walks up to us and asked if he can help us. He noticed how hard we were looking and that I had my phone out. I asked if he worked here and his answer was no.

But he took the time out of his day to help us find what we needed even though the company that installed our unit 2 years ago was not Executive Cooling & Heating. He made sure we had the right materials to do the job and said if we had any problems we can call his company and they will take care of us.

I think this says a lot about a company, their customer service, and the folks they have working for them!

Listened to my preferences for heating and cooling and took the time to set ll units as I requested

Had Richard come out to check out our ac, wasn't blowing out cold air. Finds out that we need a fan motor. Which they can replace it for me first thing the next morning. Most businesses here, your lucky if you ever get a call back let along come to do your service the next day. Great service here.
