Executive Cooling and Heating

The team at Executive Cooling is so professional and courteous to their customers. I called after hours for an AC issue. Rich was patient and understanding on the phone as he walked me through some troubleshooting ideas. The following day Charley came out for a service call. I was impressed by his kindness and professionalism. I am happy we are customers of Executive Cooling!

Called for a neighbor who had a leak in AC which was evident by water dripping into
covered parking area. Not an insignificant leak. The tech never web came out. He called and said it was due to continued Sheetrock mud dust getting into the system. The sheet rockers have been gone for weeks. He read notes from the last time he was here. He also said to leave the AC off. That would be great for the mold and mildew.

First time user and the tech was outstanding! No upsell or scare tactics. He told me what I needed - the good, the bad, and the ugly. Fair prices, too! Definitely recommend!

Executive Heating & Cooling installed this home’s heat pump a few years ago. It wasn’t maintained by the prior owners. Julio was awesome about communicating with us what still was running like a gem, what things may need to be watched and what he recommended replacement on. He took time to educate us and was so personable. We are so very happy with this vendor relationship.

My 5-ton Trane HVAC system has been giving us trouble since we moved in just before the hurricane. Two other companies came out and were not able to fix it. I called Executive at 4:00 p.m. on a Wednesday afternoon and she said somebody would be out between 4:00 and 6:00. Charlie arrived around 5:00 and quickly diagnosed the problems with sensors, which he had on his truck. Charlie was professional, informative and quickly solved the problem, got my system up and running and set me up with a service/maint program, resulting in overall discounts on my parts. No BS, smoke and mirrors or scare 'em and save' em sales tactics. Just good, honest work. What a refreshing experience, beginning with the incredibly polite and efficient office Team to a highly trained HVAC technician / professional. As a home inspector, I will be recommending Executive to all of my clients.
