They were very helpful and responsive when we were in need of getting our air conditioning fixed in a hurry.

The staff at executive was extremely helpful and understanding in my concerns with getting the A/C up and running. They are so busy trying to serve clients that were affected by the hurricane and have always stayed in touch trying to coordinate a service. It turned out to be a simple restart lucky for me. Be patient they will get to you. They have been operating without computer so I imagine a lot of paper and pens. Thank you all so much.

I usually like to post a review a while after work performed to better gauge the overall experience. Executive Cooling and Heating did not disappoint. We had a new A/C system installed at the end of 2021. Executive A/C performed a great install at a fair price. We were impressed with the explanation of the proposed system at the time of the estimate and we were impressed with the Google reviews. We had the system installed in a very timely and professional manner.
We were surprised by a follow up phone call 6 months later to schedule a free follow up inspection and maintenance. We highly recommend Executive Cooling and Heating.

Our 20+ year old A/C started making loud noises recently. Called Executive and Tim came out the next day. He bid a replacement A/C for us and walked me through so thoroughly I never even had a question. He also noticed we needed more return vents installed in a couple rooms and I was really thankful for that. They showed up 10 minutes early the day they said they would (after a holiday no less). It was clear to me immediately they knew exactly what they are doing. You can tell this company has been around a long time and they absolutely know what they are doing. Our new A/C system is AWESOME and so efficient we do not even keep it as cool. Thanks guys!

I hired Executive Air after VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE with another company in the area. That company’s refusal to respond to noises reported to them by a neighbor cost me two years of damage (mold when lightning strike took out the humidistat, less than two years old, and left the fan blowing constantly causing humidity bloom.)

I then sought another company and really lucked out to find Executive Air! From initial contact I knew I was in good hands! That is now into the second year and I am more pleased with the care they provide for the system in my home in Punta Gorda than I can adequately express adequately!
