Executive Cooling and Heating

First I payed 120 $ that they told me what I told Executive when I called them. Richard came in without a spare part. He told us they relay is out of order but - unfortunately he has not the right relay in the truck. By the way: my air handler has just one !!! relay. The were sending an estimate for the part and labor 374 $. I got the part for 32.86$ and it took less than 15 minutes to exchange it.

Explained everything, worked efficiently & effectively. Very pleased, will use again!

Richard has been my tech each time and I have been on a maintenance contract. The first time, he inspected all three units and found nothing wrong. He commented, "your siding is sweating, you shoudl turn your thermostat up." I just happed to be doing work in my closet the next day where the cooling lines run and found the floor was rotting out from an active leak from a nail in the condensation discharge pipe. He just came out 2 months ago and found a ton of things wrong that cost me $500 that I question, but didn't have time to deal with. My A/C unit upstairs is no longer working and I have no idea how long its been out because I have not been here. Nonetheless, I assume whatever is going on now was happeneing when he just inspected it. $120 home visit charge and $500 "diagnosis" charge and his response was, "there most certainly will be addtional charges and I can't tell you how much that will be. All for a unit that's 3 years old under "warranty" which is the only reason I have excutive service my home. I am done with them. I did't need to pay him $120 to tell me something I already knwo by touching the condensor line in. DO not use this company or you will pay for it!

A simple phone call to Executive Heating and Cooling was all it took for them to spring into action and get my air conditioning back and running, which is crucial with the Florida heat and humidity. They did it all in the same day I called - amazing! Thank you.

Their team was very professional and courteous. They ripped out everything and installed all new duct work, a/c, and plenum same day!

What a Great company They had a technician Rich out to my house the same day I called. I received a text when Rich was on his way to my house with his name and approximate arrival time. Rich was able to fix the issue of the heat not turning off with a temporary fix and ordered a new control board and was installed a few days later. Although all the techs are great ask for Rich he is the best. With their prompt service, friendly and knowledgeable staff I will definitely be using them for all my HVAC needs.

Very pleased with the service provided. Communication was great from the initial meeting with Tom and then with his team throughout the process. The installers were professional, did a great job and left no trace behind. Looking forward to a long relationship with Executive in the future.
