Executive Cooling and Heating

The moment I have feared for years. After putting it off as long as I could my 1998 Trane unit finally gave out. I contacted Joe at Executive Cooling and Heating and to my surprise he made it almost painless! In one day he had the best crew I have ever seen work together at my house and installed a New Trane unit. They replaced every component, line, thermostat and even made new duct work and the price was GREAT! Bryce was on the job and I have to say he is really on top of things. Not only did he check and double check everything but he explained everything to his crew as well ensuring they were all on the same page. After the install he came back just to make sure everything was doing well and be sure the job was ready for inspection.
If you need AC repair or an entire replacement just call these guys. Don't waste your time trying to save a dollar! The name Trane speaks for itself but you definitely want the right guys on the job to do the install! Thanks again guys!!

Quick response, quick fix, great customer service! We had an issue with one of our AC units in our house not working. I called first thing in the morning and was able to get someone to our house that same afternoon. Chris was friendly and professional and fixed the problem in just a few minutes. Today I had Executive install a new Trane A/c system in my condo. They installed a new heat handler, condenser compressor. They ran new supply lines up the outside of the building over the attics of 2 other units and down to my heat handler. The reason for this was my original lines were under the cement slab and damaged. No other a/c contractor noticed these lines. All this work was done in a day. I want to thank Tom Hass and his crew for a job well done.

I have been using executive heating and cooling to service my equipment that had been installed in 1996 by a competitor. they have worked with me over the past few years to Keep the system running and fix the problems that the other company had created until I could afford a new system . I recently had them install a new HVAC system for me to replace my 19 year old system. They were very diligent at finding the correct system for my application. the installers were very professional and courteous. I just had the final inspection done and as the inspector came up to my house he informed me that he had just been to three other jobs done by their competitors and all three jobs had failed the inspection. As he walked around and looked at the installation he said it was very well done. Mine was the first he had passed that day. Thank you Tom and Joe for the great service. I would highly recommend executive heating and cooling to anyone.

The Men who did the installation were very professional and did an absolute great job and looks wonderful. Even the inspector that comes to your home to make sure all is done right and in code, commented on how well the job looked, that was on the air handler itself (what hangs from the celling that moves the air) this was before he went out side to see the condensing unit. When he saw the sticker that showed (Executive Cooling & Heating) he said they always do excellent work. Tom the owner was very professional and had a good price better than the others I got estimates from.
I worked in the field since 1971 99% of the time in commercial HVAC Factories. The profession has changed the refrigerant since I worked in the field but I do know the rest of the field and this company is top notch. I retired in 2000.

Executive Cooling and Heating was always the go to Company for my parents. Now I know why. I had a limited visit to the home and needed the system replaced due to a surge. Executive went out of their way to accomodate myself and the install within my limited timeframe. From the original technician, office staff, owner, and the installers, no detail was left untouched. I am very particular when it comes to service and installation work. All my expectations were surpassed. Thank you Executive for always taking care of my parents and now the next generation.
