I returned from a 2 week trip to my 6 month old home (and AC system) completely dead with the inside temp around 83 degrees. Called the installer of my AC system and my after hours call was not returned. By 1am I decided to give up on them and called numerous other companies, only to not get ahold of anyone. I then stumbled across Millers, got in touch with the after hours agent immediately and 20 minutes later their technician, Sean, came to my home in a timely manner and within 20 minutes my AC was back up and running. I am grateful for Sean as I was able to sleep comfortably that night in my home! Thank you to the Miller's team and to Sean for coming out so late on the weekend!

Scheduled appointment for 8am to receive an estimate for a new a/c unit, I work in west palm so i asked to come in late to be able to be there. Well no one ever showed i waited till 8:35 made a phone call to this business, first call at 8:11am said the person will be there in a few mins… next call at 8:32am came from the company that he could be there around 9am, that he was never notified about my 8am appointment. Knowing i have no a/c currently, I guess ill be using another company due to extremely poor communication… Also out money due to taking off work to wait for this estimate.

Found the leak after two other companies couldn’t. Very professional and polite

After doing years of business with a great company, I was forced to find a new one! The old company was bought out and went down the toilet. I did a lot of research and called to speak with the manager, she spoke with me unrushed for several minutes, and answered all of my questions, so I scheduled the appointment. They came today and did a great job, this is now our 3rd visit with Millers. They are always on time, honest and thorough! Bill our service Technician, cleaned the condensate line , checked the amperage, system pressures, cleaned the clean air effects system, with nitrogen and disinfectant, put anti algae tables and cleaner in the condensate line, inspected the A-coil and finally checked the intake and outlet temps.
We are quite pleased with the level service we recieved, Bill is our Technician now and we called to request that he come to service our unit from this point forward. Sean is the manager of the place and is also very nice.

Miller's Central Air came today to install an air dampener. This was my first experience with Miller's Central. I must say the experience was fantastic. The technicians Anthony and Quan were very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. They represented the company well and that speaks volumes. Their work ethic said a lot about the integrity of a company. Our master bedroom was uncomfortable because of the heat. Thanks to Miller's Central Air my home is now a pleasant environment. This afternoon I am one happy customer.

Service tech Parker came out when my AC crapped out at 1am. He immediately was able to diagnose the problem and fix my AC within a matter of minutes. Luckily the service did not cost me an arm and a leg either. I will definitely be using Miller’s central air for my next service.

Fantastic service, and excellent communication. We replaced an old A/C system with a new Trane unit that required a high level of attention to detail in order install properly.
